Took MY Hero into Sprint running Fresh 2.1.1 this week. My friend, the tech, was very impressed. The sales reps were too stupid to understand what I had done. The really sad thing is, most of them have Heros!

When I first went into a Sprint store to check out the Hero, I had questions about things like CPU speed, ram, video performance, etc.
After waiting 30 minutes for a sales rep, One came over to me. Nice enough girl, but dumb as a carton of eggs.
* I asked her about CPU speed, she told me about how you can get on facebook with it.
* I asked her about available ram, she told me that I can check my email.
* I asked her about video performance, and she said she would check.... and promptly walked away, never to return.
Every time I go into a Sprint store now, I ask to speak with one of the Techs. Its pointless trying to talk to the reps about anything most of the time.

There's a super hot chick at the Knoxville,TN Turkey Creek Corporate Store.
Just a couple dudes that work at the Turkey Creek private store...I stick with corporate.

I went to a party last night and started talking to this super hot girl. She saw the bulge in my pants and asked what it was. I slowly pulled out my hero already sheathed in its protective case ready for action. The minute she saw it she JITted in her pants and couldn't keep her hands off it the rest of the night.

My thoughts as well. But Dallas has really kept their pace.
Bulls haven't lost three straight all season, but the Heat are also undefeated at home throughout the playoffs. It's make or break time for Chicago tonight. Go Bulls!

You have got to be kidding me......none of those guys did it alone. LeBron gave his ALL to Cleveland for 7 years and the best they could do to help him was Mo Williams? Please. He left because he didn't want to be another Barkley or Ewing: A great player with no rings to show for it. Oh, and he has gotten the league MVP award already....and when he did it, he didn't shoot 40% from the field like D. Rose did this year.
So by your logic, Hakeem Olajuwon, Clyde Drexler, and Charles Barkley all pulled "***** moves" by joining forces in Houston in the 90's to win?

Can't say I completely disagree with you here. He brought the Heat their first ring and any true Heat fan knows the he is the face of this franchise and always will be. I wouldn't say I don't "respect" the other guys, but you won't catch me wearing any jersey other than #3.

Yeah, no doubt that Rose was most deserving of the MVP award, and obviously without him the Bulls wouldn't be anywhere near where they finished. And his shooting has improved leaps and bounds and the only reason he finished with such a low shooting percentage was because he had to take damn near all the shots. His 3 point shot was through the roof in terms of last year, and he made more 3's during the regular season that Jordan ever had in any season. But as a 3rd year player, and as a leader, it's hard to ignore his improvements and contributions to the team. He did lead them to the best record in the NBA as well. No small accomplishment for a 3rd year guard.
Bulls have a solid team, if not THE MOST solid team in the league, but you can clearly see that he is their only hope. BUT, his playoff play has been so up and down and their constant struggles show that. 2 points in both of the last 4th quarters? Wow. Doesn't hurt that Boozer was basically non existent for most of the games and Korver can't seem to get going. All throughout the year people knew the Bulls needed a solid second scorer, it's more obvious now than ever.
And, without a doubt, winning teams always have multiple components and multiple 'stars,' but it was never quite on the level that this was. It's apparent that these guys were going to go to Miami and join forces with Wade. They made a mockery of the whole process. And the whole parade and joke of it all? Man, that was some sad ****.

Clyde came to the rockets because he's from Houston and wanted to play at home and with hakeem, his college team mate. And Charles didn't win **** over here. Lebron had the most upside in the world at the time. He shouldn't have left a team to become the 2nd favorite on a team. That will always be dwades team before his which will stain his legacy. The dudes a great player, but iono about a great competitor.

I agree.....D. Rose is only getting better. His shooting percentage is low because of three point shots....he actually shot 45% from the field from within the arc which is respectable. Yea, he made 128 threes because he took 300 shots from back there. Yea, he took the Bulls to a 60+ win season in 2-3 years and it took MJ seven years.....I'm not about to call him better than or even the next MJ just yet, though. As a Bulls fan, I would be very excited to have him on my squad. I don't think you're gonna win tonight, though.
As far as "not one not two" etc: C'mon, man....he's been arrogant since day one. In every press conference he's ever held he's been arrogant. Everyone seems to forget that his "decision" brought 6 figures towards charities.....he didn't pocket any money from that. Maybe the Cavs owner should have been courting all the mega-stars that were available that year (including Wade, Bosh & Boozer) instead of crossing their fingers that LBJ wouldn't leave his hometown.
I would like to see how any other city would have reacted to getting 3 megastars on one of their teams.....I bet it would have been very similar to what happened here. Excitement, parting, trash talking, etc. It's part of being a fan.

That's the whole thing: LeBron had been the "team favorite" for a while. Winning was more important to him than that......obviously. He wanted to come to Miami and play with his boy D. Wade and win rings.
Plus, with all the fake, fair-weather Miami fans, he's hardly a #2 here. You see as many #6 jerseys in the crowd as #3. The fact remains the he has the #1 selling jersey in the world, and most people LOVE him regardless. People have a short term memory when it comes to these things. His "legacy" will be just fine. If not, he will always have his rings to console him.

im a 15 year old teen and want am EVO 3D asap but i dont got money...i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to make $200 in a couple day and no i cant get a job because no one can drive me andyou have to be at least 16 to work. any ideas would be great.
About me: i dont mind working hard a, im not good with coding but im good with computers and stuff.
P.S. i have already sold most of my stuff and have 400 and i cant try callingsprint to reset my contract because my parents dont want to.
P.S.S im imagining it will be about 600 dollars

They hire you for the day for an hourly amount and pay you straight out cash at the end of the work day. If you do a good job, they will look for you again the next day. If not they will tell you, pay you and send you on your way.

ive tried that in the past but only got like 55 dollars from 3 diff houses wenever i was done they were like o i didnt like it and only payed me half and the other ones like i dont have that much money so i gave her a discount and the last one payed me fine and i like the one that didnt pay me right i did probably a 70-80 dollar job and she gave me 15 dollars.i got all her weeds and put them in my dads truck so we could take it to the dump place in the green area and it took me about 3 hours.

Id hardley call it scouring the forums. All 3 (and yes, there are 3) were the top 3 threads in this forum. I also don't see what I said as snide. It was simply asking a question. That is what a discussion forum is for. Maybe if you learned to use them, I.e., posting in the correct forum/search before you create a new thread, you would know that.

If I remember right. Your phone will keep the call from tower to Airave, but not from Airave to tower.

That may not matter - he may not have a tower to jump to, even if it did work both ways

Its the other way around you can go from airrave to tower but not tower to airrave and what sucks is if you were on a tower then you get in range of an airrave you will need to hang up cuz the airrave creates a lot of interference with the tower while your on a call

There is no service in downtown Phoenix. If you go WAYY up north or to Mesa they have little dots... but nothing downtown in the city.

Wishful thinking. The unrealistic and exaggerated schedule is to appease the investors and to prevent subscriber churn. There's also the big issue with how they're going to fund the upgrade. I believe this is a desperation do-or-die move as they see the writing on on wall in a few years unless something very drastic is done for any chance of survival.

We have spots of 4g service here and there in Tucson. Downtown, midtown, near the U of A, and at the Park Place Mall... But I live on the north side... :-(

Sprint and Clearwire need to get bought out asap to put an end to these capital issues.

I just wanted to pop n say hi. I miss you guys.
as some of you know I left sprint to goto metro pcs n stopped working the epic n Android all together. I went a couple month with a non smart phone. I finally had enuff n missed Android. I invested in the Samsung admire. Let me just say that phone was a pos with no dev support. I helped with getting Odin n cwm on the phone. I then built a basic ROM. as I was working on the ROM I lost all interest in metro n there ****ty data speeds. I am now with t mobile n I have a lg mytouch 4g (e379). I haven't started any real development for my new phone as it already has official cm7 support. I did how ever make a little tweak package for my self. Idk if I will release it to the public.
Well that's enuff about me. I see things picked up pretty good for the epic after I left.

Whats going long time no see man, funny thing about metro is it uses sprints tower but yet has ****ty coverage lol. i have my epic near my friends admire, now he has the optimus but yet i still get better signal love it lol.

Well sprint does not own their towers so how can metro use sprint towers if sprint does not own them? I think metro is not a virtual mobile operator like page plus on vzw.

There seems to be a lot of confused people in this thread. Sprint owns its ENTIRE 1x/EVDO/IDEN network infrastructure. They have a roaming contract with Verizon and limited contracts with smaller, regional carriers for the areas that they do not cover (relatively small parts of the country). MetroPCS operates similarly. They run their own network, and roam (poorly/limitedly/expensively) on others for where they don't cover (which is significantly more than Sprint). They share resources only with Cricket, as the two are merged at a parent-company level.
Boost and Virgin are MVNOs that operate on Sprint's native resources. Page Plus is one of several VZW MVNOs. Sprint is not an MVNO, nor is MetroPCS.

I'm the cat. That was a pretty awkward picture, I was pretty sure Deckhand Horseface was more interested in molesting me than stopping me from taking a swim in the churning ocean. But I was pretty drunk at the time and I'd done a bit of blow (check out my eyes - and his, I shared) so my memory could be bad.
