How can i get the MIUI lockscreen on [ROM] eViL's Q&D MIUI 1.3.18 r1 because that rom comes with the normal gingerbread lockscreen
I don't even know if this would work but you'd have to pull the lockscreen.apk from System>app in the MIUI rom

Short answer - you cant. MIUI devs didn't include it in 1.3.18.
Evil hasn;t updated to 1/3.25 yet, so if you want the lockscreen you'll have to install my MIUI rom.
Thanks, im downloading your rom option94

I'm currently using Rafdroid Revolution themed ROM which is great. But recently I have been experiencing problems. Can anyone suggest another Revolution themed Rom
Or you can simply download a desire hd/z build, and install the theme. Search it up, you'll find it.
Is anyone running the version of Synergy RC2 that has Rosie and Sense widgets stripped out?
Can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1092221
I tried running Senseless Synergy RC2 Beta 1 but I cannot edit the Sense 3.0 lockscreen. I made sure to use the download that includes the 3.0 lockscreen. The lockscreen works but when I go to HTC Sense and go to Personalize and pick Lockscreen it prompts me that it is not installed.
I'm back to regular Synergy RC2 now which I love, but I don't like Sense and I use LauncherPro on most of my Roms so I'd just assume lose the bloat. I had something like 110mb free with the Senseless version. With the same apps on regular Synergy RC2 I have about 45-50mb free.
Once I get up to 10 posts I will go and post in the development thread for the Rom but for now I wanted to try here.
I just want to know if MIUI ROM will be possible to be flashed to x8 now that bootloader was unlocked?
No.
Miui requires armv7 for gods sake

AFAIK, our devs could port it if they had MIUI´s source code, but the MIUI devs don´t release it.
There is already a MIUI ROM for the X8, but not everything is working.
As an alternative, flash a CM7 ROM, download an MIUI theme for the Theme Chooser and apply it.

Incorrect, thats NOT MIUI rom. Its MIUI apked rom.

Yeah, but porting would be difficult...

Following Bytecode's stable release of his port of OMFGB ROM, is there any themes that we can use for the rom?
On a side note, do CM7 themes work as well?

Yes CM7 themes works, but there maybe a bug or two
Hey folks!
I'm back on stock after CM10 and wanna go CM7.
I was on CM7.1 long back and then was on TweetyPeety's excellent MIUI Pikachu Edition.
Then I was on CM10-2012-11-18 build, but was having problems answering calls which was unacceptable to me, so I tried to flash MIUI back but it was a bit off, so I decided to start from scratch and flashed FroYo 2.2.2 SEA SBF (My default stock FroYo which I love and trust)
But it all slows down after a few months and now am looking for CM7 based ROMS, and wanna know which one's better:
1) [ROM][CM7] WhiteRabbitNextGen Edition 2.1.1 *END OF THE WORLD RABBIT*
and
2) [DEV][ROM] CyanogenMod 7.2.0 (Android 2.3.7)
I am putting CM7.2 because I think it has smart dialing which I remember I sorely missed in CM7.1
But are there any good and latest CM7.2 or higher (but CM7 based only) ROMS?

Haven't tried the WhiteRabbit ROM. I gave Quarx's CM10 a chance over several months and decided to find something stable. WajkIUI based on MIUI and CM (stable GB version 3.1.27.) works great for me. Battery lasts up to 2 days even with a couple of 5% drops over that time. Its fast and smooth.
i like most mokee by euro_rules (modified version for defy+)! it's perfect! it looks great and no bugs at all
right now i'm using wiui gb and it's fine too but i think mokee is a bit better.. but miui looks prettier
the last whiterabbit is good and it looks like cm10
Thanks for the replies guys!
As I said, I have flashed CM 7.2 Official stable and am loving it!
The only problem I ever had with CM 7.x ROMS was the crappy ADW Launcher jitters in animations like swipe homescreen and open / close appdrawer.
I do believe its a problem with ADW itself because LauncherPRO works flawlessly giving as smooth animations (if not better) as the stock ROM.
The stock VSels are quite a bit high and I have notched it all down and undervolted to 300/25; 600/33; 1000/53.
Will also run V6 Supercharger and maybe even install latest CM 7 nightly which was recently updated: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1458729
Have also installed Swype which I just can't live without!
Now, As I see from the replies, there seem to be different variations for mokee OS for DEFY? which one should I try on my MB525 Red lense?
a) mookee by stefan braun
b) mokee by euro_rules (modified version for defy+)
BTW have to mention here something which I had to search and could not find readily:
The baseband for Indian users to select in CM7.x in built baseband switcher is: South East Asia 3.4.3-331

i've found euro_rules version a bit better i think you'll have to try yourself..
the only thing i don't like is that you can't access cpu settings in boot menu.. you have to use app like rom toolbox! everything else is perefct!
