I just see there is new kernel 3.6.35 which is for HERO CDMA successful. The camera is also working. Is it possible to use some of lib to solve the camera issue in GSM version?

hi,
i tried many ROMs on my ZTE BLADE V2 yoigo (ES) and all had this problem, including the stock one.
When using Viber or MobileVOIP the sound would go to the external speaker and not the internal one!!
I only use the phone to make VOIP calls and internet so this is a big issue.
The problem was long discussed over the cyanogen, code.google.com/p/cyanogenmod/issues/detail?id=2858
One guy, at #55 offers a libaudio.so which appears to fix this problem. Can it be inserted on this rom??? (which from all other tested, stock, cyanogen 7.2 kang this one appears to have the longest battery life)
thanks for any advice.
PS:
1. I tried the trick with opening the Radio App and closing it, does not work with this rom
2. I tried overwriting the libaudio.so inside the zip, copied the rom to the phone and installing it but it fails saying bad zip, something like this..
3. anyone can confirm a ROM version for ZTE that has this problem fixed?
CyanogenMod has this problem fixed, it's not easily possible to fix it on ZTE roms. You'd need to compile your own fixed libaudio.so a CM7 one wont work due to it being compiled for vmsplit3g & other cm7 modifications.
You can use the native gingerbread sip/voip calling feature in ZTE Gingerbread roms, as long as you're using a cm7 or aosp contacts/dialler rather than the zte version, that works ok, it's just 3rd party apps.
I have Motorola Fire XT with two Stock ROMS but problem is one of the stock ROM HAS good Wi-Fi capabilities and is able to detect open and wpa2 networks while other stock ROM has 3g driver enabled but not the former one but both are of same kernel versions 2.3.5. so what are the files to be swapped for Wi-Fi from one ROM which does show all the networks to the one which does not show.
already we have source code for the kernel from Motorola of version 2.3.4 but of no use because boot loader is locked, but still we can swap files from one ROM to another.
hi there. so this is my problem. i have cm7 .35 kernel, and every time i want to search for networks, it searches for a while, but then it says "error while searching for networks". so i must have it set to automatic selection. everything works fine with stock 2.2, stock 2.3 and miui. but it doesn't work with cm7 (both .35 and .32), aurora (it used to-untill about v2.09), lewa os and mokeeos (first-class rom v3), and also of i put in another sim card, still doesn't work. any help anyone?
Your problem is typical problem of CM7.

i know that. and it's the same problem at cm9. ok lewa and mokee are based on cm7, but why aurora? i read somewhere that the problem is in too old baseband, and that it can be fixed (at least at some other phones) by flashing newer version of baseband. could that be true? and where can i get baseband?
I have ported greeneyes's sense 4.1 rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1980122) and i will upload the rom, make thread etc in friday because of my slow internet connection.
Currently not working: Wifi (shows error-because of the kernel), Bluetooth (turns on, but wont discover any devices), Camera (stock camera-no, should work with 3rd party apps but i didnt test it), 3g (should also work, but can't add apns-says that sim card is not inserted), there are also a few bugs here and there but nothing big. Everything else works perfectly and the rom is very smooth and stable.
The real problem and the reason i made this thread is because of the kernel i used for this rom, which is outdated aka shakys kernel from his rom (sense 4.0) ...and not the greeneyes's because i dont know how to port kernels, actually i know very little about kernels. Anyway if it werent for shakys kernel i wouldnt be able to port this rom, @shaky thanks.
So if anyone is interested in this rom he could help with kernel and these bugs, any tips and suggestions are welcome!
So the G2 supposedly supports VoLTE and I see a bunch of instructions online on how to do enable it... if you are running a stock OS. The Internet claimed that the setting should be under the Mobile Networks page in settings but I have not found anything like this setting yet. Am I just blind for AOSP based roms? Or do I have to flash something (like a new radio) to enable the option? I'm currently running Paranoid Android 4.4 (20140629) and my radio is 24A (I think that's the right number?) There's also the option to enable it on verizon's side but wanted to make sure I had the software to support it before pressing... maybe I need to do it the other way?
Thanks!
Ive been playing around with AOSP on my G2 for a few days, and am curious if this is available on any of the builds?
