Dude... there's no upgrade ram for phones. The ram is a chip soldered to the phone. Unlike computers where you can take them out and change.

I have a z520 and wish to upgrade to a z560 and 2GB RAM so i can play Portal. Is it possible I know the risks and would still like to proceed. The RAM is also soldered to the motherboard.

What'd I miss?
I'm still on v8, was told v15 & 16 are very good. However, it looks like xda has decided to stop giving us access to one of the best roms I've used on the old dhd.
