I can not find where the first boot animation is located and how to change it. I am not talking about the splash screen when first booting the phone. I am talking about the screen directly after MAGLDR boots android. I would like to change it and any help locating where it is would be awesome?!
I am currently using this build:

When I boot Android (this time with Mdeejay FroYo Sense Series, but tried others in the past) my device freezes, showing a green HTC logo with a black background.
Anyone an idea on what may be the problem????
My HTC runs:
Energy ROM (dinik glass) rom version 21916
HSPL 2.08
Radio 2.15.50.14
Need a lil more info.. is this the first boot of the android Rom ur running? Anyway it takes mine a min or two on that screen after my first boot to show thee android boot animation. First boot can take 20 minutes plus because it builds the data image.

This always happens to me after the first time I've boot android. First time it did load in about 1 or 2 minutes. Did all the configuration (accounts, etc), restarted the device and the next time I try to boot android it just shows me that, after seen it so much, awfull green htc logo.
After first boot let it sit for a few mins then reboot. After reboot skip all the way through setup and do everything manually. See if that help any.

You could flash a custom splash screen.
My understanding is that the first splash logo for NAND Android is still the WM splash, which can be changed by flashing a splash screen.
Check out my sig for some EnergyROM-specific splash screens or the WWE splash screen. Or, you could send me an image via PM, and I'll make the custom splash screen for you.
Flash a splash screen...

I have flashed a custom splash screen & boot screen but I also still have the green HTC logo on a black background as well, not the very 1st screen, the one after the MAGLDR boot screen.
How do I replace/remove it so that I only have the custom ones?
Thanks,
Tom

Thinking to get a HD2, Do all roms have The loading info on start up
very simple question : is there a way to remove or mask, hide the boot up information when rebooting theses phones, it looks sooo anoying.
thanks
If you are talking about the text that comes up on boot, it is from Magldr. cLK, an alternative to Magldr does not show any text on a normal boot and takes you to android boot logo after showing the HTC logo.
I have a green-on-black-background HTC Radio logo (instead of the stock green-on-white one), and I customize all ROMs I use to have a green-on-black-background HTC with animated "Silently Brilliant" below it.
Tytungs's cLK boot image from his ROM thread has the same green-on-black-background kernal image too.
Happy 'Droiding in your HD2
