So is there a way to allow the stock browser to download .zip files? Every time i try i get an error and must use dolphin browser.

Before we went froyo, I could use dolphin browser to download vid files from anywhere, more that we have flash I cant. Is it dolphin upgrade or froyo?

If you have astro file manager you can enable browser downloads in settings, if that is what your having issues with.

Please help me with this, my only problem is that i cant download thru wifi in browsers but can download apps from google play and can even watch utube vids, but in my mobile internet theres no problem like that! please someone help get rid of this... i need wifi downloads....
Use any download manager or download any file in uc browser...

Its not working, i already try it... even flashing rom thru odin, still cant download thru wifi, even pictures from google with less than 1mb, failed to download, any idea from what im suffering?

Try other browsers like maxthon dolphin, dont delete downloadprovider.apk and downloadproviderui.apk and also try reformatting ur sd card using sd card association sd formatter

Im using browsers like Opera mini, dolphin hd, default browser...
downloadprovider.apk and
downloadproviderui.apk
what do u mean that not to delete those? where can i find it?

Those are in system/app and when u install a rom they get installed but if u delete them downloads stop working

its still there, heres the wierd thing:
in mobile data i can download in browsers, but via wifi, not working, it always failed once i tick the download button..

should be able to simply install the apk and be good to go, but i dont use the stock browser because of all the other issues it has...
your best bet is to download one that works and has more features like text reflow
The reason I want this browser because it was compatible of using flash while the GS4 stock browser isn't. So if anyone out know of a working apk or zip can you please post it. I'm not the only who wants this. I know of some other browser's that use flash but honestly I just prefer stock.

I use Firefox browser and the flash app and it works great.
