Full HDMI for EVO available now in the market - EVO 4G General

No advertising paid apps with intention to sell

Don't crucify me for this, but if people want a free alternative, the Team Win HDMI beta just came out and it works fantastic. Sure it's a little buggy at the moment, but it's in beta. And you do need root, but 9/10 of people on here have root anyways.

Good for bamas

I think the reason that other guy had a bootloop is because CM7 doesn't recognize HDMI. I think this app requires that the rom already have the normal HDMI implementation.

this one root + kernel
"FullHDMI requires root and a special kernel for full functionality,"

[VIDEO] Samsung Vibrant Weekly ROM Review

All links pulled due to XDA Request after an XDA member complained I was only out for profits to a moderator on a few products I have. Due to the fact I link to a product or two and a few other things in many videos, I was asked to pull any content relating to this.
I will still be offering all this great material at my website. Just go to google and search for MobileTechVideos.
Thanks dude. Looking forward to more of your reviews!
You should review the play time rom I would definitely check that out.

Don't blame me, blame my keyboard's autocorrection algorithm.
Added Gingerbread video in the OP...

Interested in Freelancing android app/mw/kernel

Hi Folks,
We have a team of three people; and we are interested in Freelancing or contributing to the android community. All of us have 2 years + exposure to Android app development, middleware development and kernel..
It was only recently that we decided, we needed to make some money using this skill, but unfortunately we are from India and hence we cant publish paid apps to the market. Also, you guys are the best source of ideas for apps. So start demanding your ideas here and we could get down to realizing the best ones. We don't plan to charge for the applications, but donations would be welcome. Of course, that would come into the picture only once we have the apps ready for you.
Looking forward to your demands.

Can you write a kernel from source?
Sent from my SCH-I400 using xda premium
You can publish, i have some friends who did so, you just need to pay $25 for the initial sign-up
Also, if you make some nice apps, and people like it, publishing wont be a problem(the community rocks! )

Since no one has yet booked ull for any app development please consider this OR not.
Hey i live in india too.
Was just thinking if ull could help me build an app for my basic robotics project
Its a cheap project consisting nothing more that a powers supply,micro-controller,motor controller IC,motors,DTMF decoder IC and of course an android phone.
I use the android phone to stream audio and video to a PC over wifi.
DTMF signals are sent over GSM network(as voice and not over gprs or 3g)(through the phone again) which are decoded by the DTMF decoder IC(had to physically cut my spare earphones to connect it) and the micro-controller makes sense of the decoded infomation...eg.2 means foward,4 means left,6 means right, etc.
Problem is that there is a lot of delay at times.
It would be nice if i could send signals over wifi with reduced delay by having the audio tones on the phone itself and not having to stream it across and just play the tones via a web interface or even a php api
I am familiar with c# programming only.
Right now im about to begin my exams on the 29th so please excuse my delay in replies. Thanks
Whoa, that's nice..but y are you using a voice call for data transfer? Do you know about the arduino board? It is specifically designed for such projects..and it's less than a $100 too,i guess

Our sch-i400 users only have a source for 2. 1. We are running a leaked 2. 2. Are you capable of writing modifications to have us run a 2. 3 or even 4. 0?

we definitely can, the only downside is we don't have that device..so testing becomes impossible..check in your forum if you device owners can donate me one..

Same as above, us droid3 users have to use kernel wrappers to run ics. Hwcodecs currently dont work, if you got them to work you would recieve plenty donations from our communtiy. Its hard, and probably impossible, but thought id ask anyways
XDA does not allow fishing for money for apps / projects / development. We are a community that shares software and hardware development. There also seems to be no interest from users in your project either.

Warez talk

I dont know y cant we talk warez talk here...and many other forums..if gameloft dont care about us why shud v???and moreover by not talking about it...ppl r not gona stop doing things...so i guess v must post links n sd data links of games working on note but not officiallly compatible! !

That was literally the most confusing and jumbled mess of english-ish I've ever read. I'm not saying you should master the language, but at least put some frakking effort into it.
Now, having said that, you're probably not going to find a bunch of developers to be very sympathetic to your pro-warez crusade. Developers work hard on their projects. If they choose to charge for them, that's their call. NOT YOURS!
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda premium
Ok you stupid dumbass. Go develop an awesome app or game at much expense and time so we can all rip it off for free then come back and see if you want to run this thread. You're either a wazzock or a troll. Perhaps both.
OP, I agree with you on the morality of it, but there are hundreds of other sites dedicated to sharing downloads. The last thing we need here is all the filesharing and scamming spam.
Okay. The XDA rules are clear. We don't need an entire thread dedicated to debating the morality of them. There's no warez on XDA... PERIOD! This thread needs to be locked or deleted!

What he said. Warez is ILLEGAL

"Download failed because you may not have purchased this app"

MOD Edit: This is a site by developers for developers, and discussing warez is strictly against XDA's rules
Doubt you'll find help here for that. No matter the reason you give for downloading.....its still very much frowned upon here. Sorry.
Sent from my cell phone telephone....
Yeah XDA isn't really the "go to" spot for your pirated android app needs.
Think about it...wait...you'll get it in a minute....lol
