Sorry for sounding silly but is there a way to use swype as on-screen keyboard and still have prediction on the hardware keyboard? BTW thanks for all the good and hard work.
Im on stock Ec05 and while looking at the keyboard setting i found an (kinda) interesting setting. Go to Setting>Locale and Text. Select the default keyboard to Samsung, then go to Samsung keypad settings, select Portrait keypad types, select Handwriting box 1 or 2. Now instead of having a keyboard to type with, you could just write the word out with your finger and it will recognize it. Thought I'd share.
I think the T9 keyboard app has this feature as well. I tried it, and it works, but it is definitely slower than just tapping on the keys.
There are some turn off's in the keyboard settings but autocorrect continues and tries to correct words that don't need correction.
TIA

Which keyboard are you using? Samsung or swype on stock?
