I can vouch for that app. just don't forget to turn it off! I ended up with a folder with 130 screenshots once.

Haha yes for sure. I usually disable the shake to screenshot. pulling down the notification tab and waiting 5 seconds works for me. Far easier than using the SDK method mentioned earlier.

it's easy to take screenshot .... you need only ABD drivers, Java SDK, Android SDK ... that is all.
what is the name of your widget app for the volume control, I see in bottom left pic? does that independently control those feature?
it's name is AudioManager and yes, you can independently control volume.
You are not running HTC Sense UI? What do you use?

[TIP] Create albums in gallery

So I've been searching all over to find out how to create different albums in the gallery and came up with a bunch of info but none of it worked till i found out that it is simply creating a folder of what you want the album named as and place that folder on the root of your storage card. Simple as that.
Having my pictures all unorganized into a single gallery folder is unnerving!
Gonna try this asap, thank you

What do you mean? Can't you simply remove or delete the media from that folder or delete the entire folder itself on your sdcard?
Sent from my HTC Evo using Tapatalk + Swype
Yep, easy as that.
Heres another tip.
If you don't want a folder with images to become an album add a . to the beginning of the folder name.
This is the linux equivalent of "hidden" in windows.

The bar on the bottom of the home screen where you press the image of the phone to call and the globe to open the internet ETC..
It's called the dock.

That is called the 'Dockbar'
And the basic launcher on the R800x already has one ^_^
If you want the one shown on other Xperia devices, then you need to download the launcher from said device.

You don't need root to install .apk files.
You can do an adb install from your computer, or push it to your phone and install using any file manager (ex; Astro, Root Explorer)
Sent from my R800x
You don't even need to sideload to get more icons on your dock. Just search for "launcherpro" or "go launcher ex" in the market. There are alot of other launchers too! They can add alot of new features and such and dont require root.

Or AntTek App Manager, free.
You can natively freeze them with ICS, in your app drawer (stock TW Launcher) drag the app icon to app info, and click disable
I removed them. No need to freeze if your plan on not using them. Free up internal space.

From your app drawer, click and hold on the program you want, and it should take you to your home screen....at the top you should see "App Info". Drag the app icon onto that and it'll display the info you need.

hrmm...maybe it's because I haven't had my morning tequila shot yet but I don't see any such app info icon when I do what you're saying. I go to the app drawer, click and hold an app, it takes me to the home screen, but there's nothing anywhere that says app info.
Could this be something that's not on the ATT version of the phone?
::edit:: ok...I'm an idiot. I found it....but it's at the bottom of the screen, not at the top.
I just disabled them except for samsung account which I use for Samsung Dive.

I had to uninstall updates and then disable became an option.
Using the app info method works great if you are not rooted.
In the event you are rooted, using TB is easier. both work without any issues for all listed apps in the op.

No sir. You can do this with most of the pre-installed carrier software. I believe the option is "disable". When you see it you'll know what I mean. In fact it was the one thing that made me think that I wouldn't have to root my phone. Then I quickly got annoyed by the T-Mobile startup and shut down sounds. Can someone please tell T-Mobile to leave the standard start up and shut down sequence alone. I mean expect that from Verizon; Have you heard any of their phones start up? They're crazy obnoxious.
Great feature! You can also go to settings-applications-all and do or that way. Just uninstall updates and then you will have the disable button. Thanks for the top all.
