Just to say...

So after 11 months and some days with my evo I decided to moved on, trust me this device is the best, I usually last 6 months happy with an smartphone i(any smartphone) now I have almost a year but I need to get a device and I just sold my evo for 260$ and that's good enough to get me another device, I'm a rooter and flashaholic so I really like this community I just wanted to say bye to evo owners that were around with me, the ones that helped me and the ones I helped. Take care and hope to see you with another device that ill own in the future

3g and 4g speeds are slower, there's a big issue gong on with that currently

Really? I download it 10 apps on 3g not problem, and speed wise looks fine, size is fine since I got an iPhone to work small size doesn't bug me as much, screen looks clean watching videos in Netflix works good too

No Way Stock Evo 3D will run as Smooth as this!

With the Clamped Evo 3D pending I have a heightened appreciation of the fastass moded (UD) 4G I'm running here (ante'd up actually with the battery script been running from the Milestone!).
Thought is: dual core/1.2Gz...(quad core/1.5Gz for that matter)..can't see stock HTC/Sprint 3D holding a candle to this baby in overall functionality.
Hope I'm wrong.

The Nexus S under 2.3 has limited HW acceleration in the UI (for example, the stock launcher is super fluid even with a live wallpaper). Some apps like Opera Mobile, 3D gallery, etc are too. So you are wrong.

Ever tried an Atrix 4G or T-mobile G2X ? They're both running Android 2.2 and they have zero scrolling lag. 60fps smooth throughout. Android has an UI that does not take full advantage of the GPU but it's far from "zero".

ps: f*ck UD and its dev. and the thread posters that come here to hype it. there is a good reason you don't find it on XDA.

Sense UI for Epic! (Work in Progress)

I love the Sense UI and I'm thinking about switching phones just for it. I love the Epic so I was wondering how to do it myself, I am a noob, but it shouldn't be much harder than making a Rom. I will post it on here when finished.

But, that's just launcherpro, with dock images to imitate sense. I've done that longer than that thread has existed lol. He's talking about porting the entire sense ui.

According to several sites, it will be compatible with all android devices. Even those that didn't get Gingerbread or Froyo.

It appears to me that the picture above is of a phone running CM7 with the Honeycomb theme. I see no resemblance of the picture above the the leaked pictures posted in the OP.

Even though the incredible didnt get the 2.3 update, does this mean i might get 2.4 or am i being too optimistic?

That's pretty optimistic, but I wouldn't be surprised if CM8 was made available for the inc. I'm sure we'll get ICS, just not officially.
