Cool man, but obviously there are known GPS fixes and Bionix just incorporates one.
Also if I had to make a judgment call I would say that this belongs in the bionix thread, since it is bionix related.

I respect this answer. Even though I accidently put it in Development vs General.
Could go in bionix and general. For me I was gonna put it in general so people know on that rom its got good gps. Also could go in his section too.
Definitely not here in development, but accident, remember yall. lol

I did the first GPS fix that came out way back when where i changed the SUPL/CP settings to supl.google.com. GPS never picked up at all when "use wireless networks" wasn't checked. Tried bionix 1.2 & 1.3.....never picked up with supl.google.com or default. tried the leaked GPS fix....with supl.google.com and default...still no pick up. Am i doing something wrong? i know it can't be hardware

I don't understand why everyone is so fussed over the EF10 modem unless they're just assuming a higher number must be better. Everything I've seen/read thus far seems to indicate EF02's modem is the superior of the two anyway, and given the whole update to EF10 prompting back to EF02 deal, the smart money is to just stick with EF02 anyway.

Sense UI for Epic! (Work in Progress)

I love the Sense UI and I'm thinking about switching phones just for it. I love the Epic so I was wondering how to do it myself, I am a noob, but it shouldn't be much harder than making a Rom. I will post it on here when finished.

But, that's just launcherpro, with dock images to imitate sense. I've done that longer than that thread has existed lol. He's talking about porting the entire sense ui.

That would be the rumored new phone possibly coming to T-Mobile. A couple of tech news sites ran an article a few weeks back speculating with the exact info you see on that page. A couple of sites have the "rumored" specs and pic and are offering pre-sale. This is not confirmed by either T-Mobile or Samsung so I definitely wouldn't pre-order yet.
Another thread around here asking who's getting it is about three weeks old also.

i've held the dx2, the sensation and other 4.3 inch phones, size is fine...but the att hercules is just bigger..
besides im not really focused on phones right now, my attention has been on tablets lately.. hopefully tmo will get a new nexus device in the fall or early next year..

It is only allowed for a "My first impressions" thread to suck only if Chuck Norris says so. And far from it, it's only allowed to open such threads now if only Mr Norris said so..Which means there would be none of those threads

this thread is utterly useless, while the first impression threads often feature information for noobs, sometimes even videos on the use of roms.
if everyone would open a new thread just to blab out their opinion on any given topic, this forum would become useless.
