Then after much clamoring about whether it was really 9PM or 9AM and which timezone.....
The software is pushed from Google's servers. All upgrades from Google is pushed via OTA. We were notified this morning that it would not post until 9PM PST. The end date hasn't changed so everyone should have received the update within 4 days from today.

You and ugothakd got my sympathies. Weather there is always a surprise. Could be warm, could be an ice storm and no power for a week.
I grew up there, near Cape. I was there for 2 weeks last Christmas visiting family freezing my off with snow on the ground. Back this summer in July around Branson sweating my off 105 plus heat. Enough of that. Glad I moved to Florida where things are a little more mild! Been here 5 years and every trip back just reminds me of why I should stay in Florida. lol

Likely in a few hours. Many Co panties are based on the west coast so here on the east we must wait. Like something in the time frame of 9am est to 12 pm est. Nexus 4 was released at around 11:35 est last year.

Actually it's being sold by Google who is in the US so HTC doesn't really have a choice as to what time it's released. Also since Google is on the West Coast chances are it will be released in PST not EST. I know when the nexus 4 was available in the play store again it was around 12PM EST which is 9AM PST.
