Not sure what to say, but I definitely have to thank you Daniel for being the backbone here in this community
and Itje for being a pioneer in developing impressive ROMs for the Herald.
Of course I have to mention Ivan, Duprade, Pureskillz and Aserg for their never ending effort in helping out wherever they can,
But Itje and Papamopps truly formed this community in the first place untill today.
Thanks to all of you for making this forum a damn cool place to be!

I know dude! I've been extremely busy..
graduating this Saturday ... and I took an overload of classes, I even had to get approval from the Dean in order to take that many ... so the past month has been rough!! My last final exam is tomorrow ... then Saturday I graduate!
My hat is off to :
ITJE - the godfather of the Herald rom
Aserg - great contributions
Papamopps - who is THE LAW, and keeps us in line.
and everyone else at XDA. Without you guys, this place would be nothing. When you check out any other PPC forum, they all suck.

I would just like to say thanks to anyone who has looked into, figured out, built, shared, sweated, toiled, worked on, researched, helped, or just plain old helped someone head in the right direction. There is no way to list you all, but you know who you are. Thanks a million.

I just wanted to say a BIG thanks to everyone really. If it wasn't for this site, I would have the slick phone mods I do. I also wanted to give a big thanks to ilikepu for helping me with my questions personally. This website rocks.

i have a damn problem. i´m righthander.... but my lefthand is FASTER... so i have terrible word-errors....
hope i get better.
but i also hope that my comments are more important as my spelling

I thought my wing was cool when i took it out of the box. two hours later i wanted to get my money back. I stumbled into this forum from a google search. You have all made my wing the phone i believe it was intended to be. I would like to thank all of you who have designed/developed and just plain pointed out the obvious.

Thanks to Duprade and Tyler for they wrote the first posts here that I ever read and helped me to realize that I can "change" my phone instead of getting another when I get bored of it.
Thanks again to all who have said, "If you don't read all of the instructions, you will brick your phone and you are on your own." I read and then read again and then read some more. Brickless. (knocking on wood)
And most recently to Papamopps for his latest creation. It's sweet!
Oh and one more honorable mention to Duprade. Dude, without your keyboard fix a lot of us would be screwed.

To everyone in general, but specifically to all Devs, Admins, Mods & Contributors...
Since the year is coming to a close soon, I thought it'd be nice to say, "Thanks" to everyone involved here. And when I say everyone, I mean across all devices and threads here on xda. I've learned more than I could ever have imagined in the 3.5 months I've been here. You have all been so helpful and understanding to not only me, but others in need of proper help, toast to you all!
I would also like to thank all those before us that put so much effort into deving and these forums. Without them, this wouldn't be as far along as it is current day and I definitely raise a huge turkey leg to them, never forget how you got somewhere...

Conap - Most people need to understand... this guy has kept our eris community afloat with his tenacious abilities to fix issues with Froyo working on the eris, Many, MANY thanks to you sir! You've helped me understand this whole process and have been most patient and insightful, you didn't have to do any of that, that's why I appreciate it and would like to say thanks personally! I would like to add my thanks to all the devs and wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving!
I really appreciate all you do. I just had to get a replacement Eris so I unrooted and went back to stock for a day in prep for sending it back. The difference between stock and what you guys do is like night and day.
I'm a dev, but not Android (yet). Hope to join your ranks soon and contribute too.

Thanks to all the eris devs. You made the time I had my eris much more enjoyable. And I must say, no one pumps out roms like eris devs. The d2 only has like 2 good roms. Keep the eris alive!!!

There is no way this phone would still be as useful as it is without these ROMS.
It amuses me to no end when some one comes up to me at work with their Droid X and are asking where a setting is and I pick up my dinky little Eris and start exploring the 2.2 menus. I almost immediately get asked how I did that.
To which I reply "By rooting my phone and loading a custom ROM".
The follow up is frequently. "Can you do it to mine ? To which I chuckle and say "Nope, better not. You can easily find out how, but your on your own."
PRICELESS !!! So hats off guys, for making my phone last through so much more of my contract.

To Team EDT, TW, and all the independent devs out there. I've been a lurker on these boards for months now, learning and reading. I've rooted, flashed and odin'd just about everything that's been offered. You are doing fantastic work and I just wanted to say thank you. I had never attempted any form of modification to any of my phones. Not my G1 or this. I finally got the bug, and by just following the AMAZING posts from the devs, I've rooted, rom'd, and kernel'd my phone with NO issues and loving every minute of it.

I finally have rooted my phone and have WiFi tethering and all everything is working 100%!
This is my first time ever rooting a phone and it couldn't have been easier!

I just wanted to post a thanks to Moscow Desire for the work on the A501. Being unable to post in development forums meant I couldn't put this in the correct thread sorry mods.
But cheers MD -my sluggish A501 sparked a new lease of life with Evil Alex V1 and I'll flash V2 tomorrow.
Thanks for your no doubt huge time investment and continued support.

No Problem. Glad it's going ok. IF V1 works ok, then not a lot of reason to go to V2. V2 can be a little tempermental on a couple of tabs.
However, I have some other stuff in the works. Shoot me a PM when you get the chance.

I wanted to add to this thank you for MD. He took a god bit of time to help me out the other day when I was having issues getting my A501 rooted and flashed. I was in panic mode but he helped me get through it and I'm now rooted and running his awesome ROM. Thanks again for helping me out over the weekend.

Thanks. I think I speak for a lot of folks here in the forums, when I say that we'll help you all in any way possible. Maybe one person's tricks might not work, but another's will. Sometimes, as in a lot of cases, it takes a combined effort.
We expect you to do the same with other users.
