Hey Rejectedkid it's great to see you!!! You went out of your way to make a circle battery mod for me on the Hero. I love my Evo as well. The Hero was nice for what it was and treated me good for a year but I'm definitely proud to wip out my Evo.

Anyone else feel Rom development is coming slow after root was achieved, custom time now are either a nearly stock desire sense Rom or cm's vanilla ROM, I haven't flashed a new Rom in a week

I love my dog more then my phone most of the time. My wife on the other hand, guess it depends what time of the month it is.

Ditto, I remember seeing you in the vibrant section. I just got my g2 2 days ago, sold my vibrant yesterday.
No complaints at all so far and I think this is a killer phone. Much happier now.

Gingersense

I saw in the myt4g forums that gingersense roms are rolling out. What are the chances of a port for ghe incredible anytime soon. I know we have the best dev community so is it possible? Thanks in advance for any comments.

The MT4G does not run gingersense natively. There is a port for it, however.

Well, I have a feeling we'll see something soon. It's more than likely a little frustrating to port. I know that's the case with the data issue on our Incredible 2 rom, we've been at it for days now and still can track it down.
Patience is a virtue.

Gingerbread sense

We finally got our leak, and i just wanna say thanks to all you devs who were really ready and got some new toys out to all of us. You guys are what makes a dev community possible, and its good to see this place alive again. Thank you very much.

Now that we have given you these toys i think the dev community deserves a little break lol im so tired.

All of you devs are amazing. Wish my parents would let me donate because you all really deserve it.

I wish I had the know-how to create my own roms. Until then, I thank you devs for all the hard work.

Loving the new ports. I've always been a big sense fan but I feel like I've fallen in love all over again!

I had started to get sick of sense and was using CM7 for a while. Definitley going back to sense once its a little more stable and can answer my phone calls. Great work!

Give Gingersense ReMix by wdfowty a shot. I think the only thing broken is MMS and that should be fixed soon if not already. I've been running it for a couple days and it is sick.

It's off topic but I pulled my old omnia I910 out of the cell phone grave yard. God I missed this phone and I'm running one of Nils old roms on it he did amazing things for the omnia and he's doing amazing things over here as well, so hats off to Nils!!! Keep up the amazing work, I think I speak for alot of us when I say thank you Nils and all of our other great devs here the incredible wouldn't be as incredible without you guys!!!

XV6900 is what started it all for me... :tear:

My first smartphone was the HTC Ozone and after that the omnia where I first discovered HTC Sense thanks to Nils. After that the HTC Imagio i miss the kickstand. Then I jumped on the android OS first the LG Ally and finally my HTC Incredible, lol thats a lot but this thread got me all nostalgic, and Nils you turned me into a flashing addict haha

Samsung Omnia i910 was my first smartphone. and I agree He did a great job on that phone.. but in my opinion if it wasnt for our devs the incredible would have been obsolete long time ago...
