Does everything work including GPS? I know most gingerbread roms don't have working GPS. But as title says official T959 just asking.

Same here. Ive been holding out on this and CM7 till GPS gets fixed but I'm just gonna give it a shot. Can always flash back if it doesnt. Fingers crossed!

how is the battery? I'm interested in this rom, but this is my first time, so I'm afraid D:!

Its super great! I actually lasted longer with this than trigger just remember to flash alternative kernel and undervolt

They could release a small maintenance build fixing the TW lock screen date bug, browser checker boarding bug and the Gallery sensor bug.
God forbid they actually fix the keyboard lag that was present in DI18, if not since launch. (Which Impaler has already fixed on here.)
Where I work, patching production builds/environments take priority over new development.

When did all this happen? Good things or bad things?

Actually, mkasick fixed it. Impaler just changed the settings on mkasick's fix.

FYI- MIUI with ZEAM as home screen vs iPhone screen

Just installed to see what it was like....WOW!...I seem to have been lucky as I have ZEAM as my home screen, yet had read it was "ONLY" an iPhone home screen which kept me anyway. Other than the known "GPS" not working everything I had setup on all the various ROMs I have tried work so far....Just read everything and tweak as suggested....
Just follow the directions (I went back to JDF using Heimdall 1st)

Facebook for Android 1.6 is up in the market...

...and frankly I'm not understanding what the hub-bub was about with the "closed beta" and "zomg it's gonna be significantly better"
Looks the exact same, same functionality, except that you can upload video's and go to pages...
Lame as usual.

I never have liked the FB app. I just use the browser instead.

Hah and now you can't view what people post on a wall, only that pages posts.
(Example: you can't see what people post on the NHL fan page, only what the NHL posts on its wall)
Facebook has some terrible developers.

Yeah but there was this "closed beta" and promise of "great improvements" to the app....and then the update is....the usual nothing.
Hell, push notifications have never even worked for me.

The update sucks. I just reverted back to my old one. You lose the ability to search everyone, you can only search the friends you have and the friend requests you've been sent. Super lame.
