You can just uninstall them.
And if that does not work you might want to check into Zune, but most apps are linked to your Live ID and not to zune.
checking Live ID out is worth the while as well hope I gave you some tips.

Thats what I did long before... uninstalled the apps.
In Zune I can't finde a menu like my apps... The same with the live ID...

This has never happened for me, did you do anything special to get it working?

Nooo I don't think so...
First Rom was the Moonlight and now I installed Xbmod.
Activation by using a activation key from MS installing apps via Market and other XAP's by using Application deployment from the SDK....

Any apps you have downloaded from Zune will auto install for you. Any apps you have downloaded form the market place on your phone will not auto install for you.
At the moment you can not remove the apps from the Zune list, hopefully this will be added to a later version of Zune soon.

go to settings-->manage apps--> check to see if 'allow apps from unknown sources' is checked.
then try downloading an app called 'superuser' if first method didnt work.
and if it still doesnt work, then i dont know.
Thanks allot for the fast reply, Unfortunately neither of them worked so I'm using a different Twitter App which works just as good. Thank you for your help =]

[Q] Cannot update certain applications.

Hi gentlemen (and ladies ).
I'm having an issue with my Nexus One (and the misses with her Desire).
Both of them are up to date, stock rom, nothing fancy installed.
I (and her) are unable to install the new YouTube application. We can't find it in the market, nor can we update through AppBrain for example.
So my question to you all is: WHY?
We live in Belgium.
Extra: My Nexus One can't update Amazon MP3 and Voice Search neither.
All other updates work correctly, I just received the GMail update, so that works just fine .
Any suggestions?
I also cannot install the new YouTube app. I've tried a ton of times now, so its not you it must be a problem on Google's end. Should be fixed soon.
Youtube installed fine for me.
Maybe you have a version thats signed differently ? themed?
try uninstalling what you have first.
Try uninstall the app with Titanium Backup and then install from market. This resolves the problem for me

Yup, this is what I've always done. I had to do it with the new Gmail and YouTube apps.
I use root explorer to delete the app from \system\apps then reboot and re-install from market. Simple enough, though I usually still have to reboot between removing and reinstalling.
Kind of a pain but that's what we get for running custom rom's I guess
Well gentlemen, thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it. The problem is: I don't have a rooted phone. I guess I'll wait for Gingerbread, that'll happen pretty soon I guess

Problem after NoDo update with Tom XAP Installer

I am facing a problem, I can not sideload normally apps using Tom xap installer. I have my phone synchronized, start the deployment and after sometime I get an error saying that my phone is locked or zune is closed. BUT, the app has been installed, it can be found at the app list. The problem is that some apps don't start after that and the ones that start are slow and buggy.
I also cannot run WPDM I suppose due to the same reason, either fails to launch touch experience or if I manually launch it there is no connection.
Right now I am using blacksideseven v1.5.7392 but the same thing happened with BoyPPC's v5 rom.
I never had this problem with the original DFT rom (although WPDM was still not working).
Any ideas will be appreciated,
thanks
It crash on DRM protection. Have this problem too. Never had problem on 7008 roms.
I had the same problem when I briefly tried 7008 just before the NoDo came out...
Just remove DRM from XAP
Download http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=908293 and use Deployer with DRM remove.
I am a bit skeptical, but I will try it. thanks for your answer!
nevermind. I deleted tom xap installer and I instal xaps using WPDM and everything is fine now. probably there was a conflict between those two. Now I have to figure out how to access files using WPDM because although it says connected, I can't.

[Q] zune app backup?

hey guys is there a way to back up apps over zune because it sucks every time you install a new rom that you have to reinstall every app i can see over zune wich apps where installed previusly but i cant just download like 30 apps... is there a solution to this problem?
i also was curious about this. i know the android market automatically installs all your apps, but with all the nodo, mango beta 1, beta 2 coming out, it really sucks having to reinstall all your apps again. atleast an app back up would be nice, i dont mind losing my info.
stenk - it your just interested in atleast saving your "game progress" etc. see that here.

OK, how do I can sync apps if I install almost all apps through Marketplace from phone not over PC Zune?
Hmm wouldnt know i just happened to install all of my apps thru zune on pc
Only thing i can think to do is create a new live account? (Unless your attached to that one) Im sure there is a way around it just wish i knew it

Ok, and thats why some devs create this zune app backup because you can backup apps which was installed directly in phone.
you can manually copy the install data and the isolated storge data which is essentially an app backup, but we need to add the icons back in to the start menu.
Ive not looked in to that but i know its not a windows startmenu style of system its maybe some XML file.
it wouldnt take much to make a program to backup this stuff now that we have root access but im not a programmer, a wee bit of VBA is as much as i know

[Q] DFT Freedom ROM v1.3>sideloads not working

Installed DFT Freedom ROM v1.3 in my Samsung Focus yesterday; everything was working fine! Today I synced some music from Zune Marketplace, installed Touch Develop and downloaded some related scripts & tutorials; no error messages. Tried to sideload Nokia Maps Beta XAP>max apps error message. Now I notice NONE of my sideloaded apps are working on the phone (TouchExperience, WP7 Root Tools, etc.).
Suggestions?
Thanks.

Uninstall the last you sideloaded and try again. If it works, max apps value got screwed somehow. If it doesn't, I suggest asking in the main thread.

maybe your phone was relocked, try reset your phone using settings/about
- Using registry editor to prevent relock : [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\DeviceReg]
"PortalUrlProd"=""
"PortalUrlInt"=""
before you connect your phone to pc
