how can i install an application on 2gb sd card on HD2 running with WP7?

you dont need to.
WP7 uses SD storage and its internal memory in a form of RAID
basically, if you install WP7 with your 2GB SD card installed and the SD card is compatible, then you will use the SD card anyway,

Activesync SD memory card.

Is there a hack that will store the my documents folder on a sd memory card rather than internal memory. If so can activesync then be used to sync the contents of that folder on the card with a pc.

this program alow sync with sd cards
personaly i would not put my docs on an sd card since a sd card have a limited writes before it dies unlike the internal mem
also sd reads slower then internal mem and writes VERY VERY much slower then internal mem

[Q] wp7 rom chefs quick question

wp7 make a partition on your sd card using the whole thing. correct?
can you make it so when you install wp7 it only uses 8gb partion on SD card?
Then I would be able to boot ad from sd or ubuntu.
the only tutorial on how to dual boot wp7 and AD, you need a 8gb sd card. I have two 16gb SD cards
Any answers would be helpful
Thanks

There are a couple tutorials for partitioning your sd card to dualboot wp7 and android. There's a thread in this section and another thread in the hd2 android sd dev section. If the tutorials use a 8gb card as example, it doesn't mean you can't use any other size. I have a 32gb card partitioned.
And you can use magldr in mass storage mode as a card reader, but it will sometimes corrupt the file or card, so if you have no other card reader, use magldr, but if you can use a card reader, I'd go that way.

The SD card has to be in your phone when you first boot wp7, and wp7 formats and makes sd part of internal memory. You cannot read other sd cards with wp7 except the one that is formatted and part of the memory, but you can not take that card out and use with a card reader after that. WP7 doesn't support the reading of external memory cards.

[Q] SD card issues

help needed am new to android, i recently flashed android 2.2 froyo onto my htc hd2 which has a 8gb sd card in it . when i connect my phone to my pc and select the disk drive option, the drive whic opens up is is 199 mb and contains several folders including android secure. now i get warnings about my disk space being low when am installing apps, where has my 8gb sd card gone to?
You more then likely installed WP7 onto your HD2, formatting your memory card to a special ext.
Google SDFormatter v3, copy contents of your SD card to your PC.
Use card reader and take micro sd from HD2.
Run the program, it will ERASE THE ENTIRE MICRO SD CARD, put back on your files you transferred over.
Are you using a SD card build or are you using a NAND ROM? If you are running a NAND ROM did you partition your SD card for A2SD?
As the post above me said save your files from SD card to your computer and reformat your SD card. Do a full wipe of it and use Fat 32. But I don't know why the post above me said anytbing about WP7 as you didn't say anything about WP7.
yes i had installed WP7 on it before flashing android on it. its a nand ROM. THANKS

Help me to change sd card in Spice dream uno

I have upgraded my phone to marshmallow. I formatted my sd card to use as external storage. Now I want to change my sd card to class 10 type. I bought one memory card. How can I transfer all files from previous card to new card without any data loss? I have not tried anything as while formatting present sd as internal storage it showed that card would not be recogniged by any other system from now.
