AT&T Gameloft RF 2011 - Nexus One General

Real Football 2011 from gameloft just came out, but along with many other gameloft games I can't get it on my AT&T Nexus One...
Anyone know a way around this?

Well, the easiest way to get around this is to fake your phone model... maybe try purchasing it from your PC... one minus point is if you land up with a game with actually does not work on the Nexus One wish GL would at least give trial versions to test)...

I don't like Gameloft games because they choose to avoid the market and most of their games have horrid support. Plus games don't work 100%.

I want to say that if you load up the mobile gameloft website from your phone you should be able to gain access to it. I remember there being some sort of screwy workaround that I used for getting Hawx and a few others.

Whats up with the games available for our device?!?

I have been irritated with this for a while now -sure there are a bunch of games for windows mobile, but they are not up to par with our HD2's specs....it is disappointing. This is one of the reasons I am patiently awaiting to see android on the HD2, since the android market seems to have better games....sure games are not the sole reason I got the phone, but figuring that it can perform so much better than what they provide it- it is frustrating...
Well here is my theory on this:
Maybe it has something to with the fact that the HD2 came out recently (the USA ver just came out last month, the other came out less than a year ago I believe)
...a good supporting example is the iPhone, I remember when I first had the iPhone it did not have any games and not to mention it did not even have an app store for a while....but now look at it -sure it is practically completely inferior to our device, but it has a large dev community which leads to some nice apps/games (sure there are a lot of stupid ones, but you can look over those because their 'good ones' are better than our 'good ones' --besides the emulators, mind you).
I am just holding onto hope that the winmo community will be putting out nice games soon since devices similar to ours are going to be more common...also I have the hope that there will be android on our device one day which hopefully will bring some more options as well....
Other wise I guess I will have to develop my own?.....
Your thoughts/Ideas?
It's not just the games that's lacking, it's every other apps available on the market for windows versus android is lacking..
I cannot imagine that windows have a headstart of >5yrs in windows mobile while android is like <3yrs, but ANDROID have apps and games that are useable, fun and good and free or cheap to buy (JUST LIKE THE IPHONE apps)!.
What's up with microsoft ? I don't know. One thing's for sure, I will buy the android when my telco contract is up or when I sell my HD2 whichever is ealier.
See, I am still within the 30 days where I am able to return my HD2....(until the 24th that is...) but I do not think I will do so,but I am thinking about it a lot...
I do not think I will do so for a few reasons - It is actually one of the best phones out right now, also it is a lot nicer than my past phone (iPhone 2g) except for the issue discussed in the OP ...also I have not used my chance to upgrade for a few years and so I thought I might as well take advantage of it because I could have upgraded twice by now with how long I waited for a new phone ... now my final reasons for keeping it: there's nothing better for T-Mobile (for the price I got it for at least) and that I have a lot of hope of what I stated in the OP about games coming some day otherwise android will hopefully come through...
I tried to get the Nexus One, but I have a family plan and would have to pay about 500$ for it which is ridiculous to me.
BTW wj888- what do you mean 'I will buy the android..."...sounds like you are referring to a device named 'the android' which there is none (of which I know of at least)....
thoughts/Ideas?
i think that now the HD2 is available in the states that there is a good chance more apps will appear. however, it could be that developers are waiting for windows 7 on the phone and then microsoft may well provide more interest in growth.
Mike
I wonder if there is anyone with an opposing theory or something to change my mind...
return
Just return it, get, or wait for something that will make,& keep you happy. Don't second guess yourself, & wish you had waited for new device.. This will be around after the others come out, look them all over, then decide,,,, I love mine!!

With WinPhone 7 coming soon, you're not going to see as much development for WinMo. I wouldn't expect many more games being made for it. And don't plan on an android port anytime soon. If you don't like the device now, return it while you can. There are going to be plenty of comparable phones in the coming months. If you don't like it now, you're gonna be wishing you weren't stuck with it for 2 years when you keep seeing all these other phones coming out that you wish you could get. Remember, WinPhone 7 is coming at the end of the year with X-Box Live support and much more gaming options. If gaming is that important to you, you should wait for something else. I'm happy playing all the old playstation games on my HD2... that's plenty of gaming for me.

How? Is there an emulator available?
Edit: Found on google FPSEce
yeah I like everything about it except the fact of the non existent games. So I think I will return it and have to return to using my iPhone 2g (sigh...haha)...
is there anything out there with a 1Ghz+ CPU that works with Tmobile USA 3G? ...besides the Nexus One ?
Also, I was thinking if I keep it, I can try and sell it then use that for another phone? I guess that is not really a smart idea though right ?....
As for all of you who say you really love the phone, do you not game much on your phone to care about this issue ? What do you do with your phone, if I may ask?
I am in a tough spot ....
also another thing which might change some minds : I upgraded in the store, now Online it still will let me upgrade the same line to another phone again as if I did not even upgrade at all? Is that usual?... I Was excited when I noticed this, but I am not sure if this is how it usualy is or whats going on....so if I return it , I may loose the chance to upgrade twice ? IDK
Please advise....
Well to reply to ur question what i do with it (absolutely love everything about it)
besides using it for texting, calling, mailing i watch youtube movies, series with coreplayer. and i also play games. i am going to explain what.
you can find a lot of fun flash games on the web, use this and u can play them on ur hd2!
I also use FPsece for some fun psx games. buy a msi bluetooth gamepad if u really want optimal gaming experience. also i found some fun games in this topic. especially the one where there is only a demo available for looks really good
i hope i helped you
There are quite a lot of games out there that work for the HD2, ones I have on mine:
Kiwi
Sonic Racing
Tower Defence
Galaxy Hopper
Caver
Experiment 13
G-Invaders
PocketSand
Crayon Physics
Hunting
Tripplix
Worms
Mini Galf - Wacky World
Flight Commander
Prince of Persia
Pocket Mini Golf 2
Totem Star
Splinter Cell Conviction
Spinballs
You just gotta look for them, good places to look at the EA mobile store and Gamesloft - just to name a couple.
Quite a few are appearing on the Market Place now.
I am looking for more graphic intense games...at least some which would put some of that nice hardware to good use....
Those flash games look decent -I will try them out...
I dont know what to say I may just return my HD2 and wait for something else to come out....? Does anyone have anything to add/ mention in that regard ?

If you want simple and fun games WM is not for you simple as that. I love the fact that I can play old PSX games on my phone as I've found most of the games available on the iPhone below par. Sure they might look better, but the bottom line is that great graphics not a good game make. FF VII still blows anything available on either android or iphone away. Tekken 3 runs pretty good as does Gran Turismo 2 and I got em both for under 10€.
Doubt we'll see great mobile games on a windows based phone until WP7.

Buy a PSP if you want a games console, it's a phone, and a very powerful one at that. With a handful of addictive games, and the entire PSX/NES/SNES/GBA back catalogue I am very happy with the games avaliable, not that I use it for playing games that's why I have a PS3, that I never use... But that's another story.
There are tons of games for Windows Mobile, and part of them work fine in HD2. So far, I have installed more than 20 games on it and I am still going for more. A lot of games have WQGA version which is good for HD2. Even VGA version is fine.
well come to Windows Mobile world.
For those who wants a good app store....buy Iphone, Android devices or Palm pre webOS.
MS dont want HD2 owners upgrade to WM7, because they want we live in dead WM app store.
PS: But we have a lot o based stock roms....nice.....we can flash HD2 with a diferent version rom, every days...lol
Doesnt anybody have the intelligence anymore to RESEARCH before going out and buying a product? Another thread where someone saw the HD2 and said "Oooh, shiny!) and bought it without having a clue what OS it runs or how it works and now moans about lack of this, lack of that. All that seems to matter to people now is whether it is free or cheap, I wonder how many people would be willing to work for free?
I despair of the human race, stupidity seems to be the new Black!

wth are you talking about this thread has nothing regarding that I "knew nothing about the OS"...
this is just another post of some condescending person looking to talk down to someone when they do not even read the specific issue...stop trying to up your post count....
any ways -I was well aware of windows mobile and I had it before in the past actually, but man I thought the games would be improved for the most part they are still the same type of games provided in WM5 - 2D cheap excuse for an 'arcade' game...they are actually the same kind of games found on every other phone out there (just about!)...believe me I had many phones and I may be young but I have seen these types of games on phones for ages and honestly since this is such a big improvement in a phone then I would have though the games would suit the hardware but no...so I guess I will be returning the HD2 and waiting for something else to happen in the phone scene...

The main issue is that there are so few WinMo devices with specs this good... HD2, LG Expo, maybe a couple other. It's not really worth it to design a game that makes use of this hardware when it won't work with most WinMo phones.
But actually, I'm VERY happy with the gaming options for the HD2 with being able to play almost any psx, nes, snes, gba, etc game out there with multitouch onscreen controls. What other phone can do that? It's the only phone I can play final fantasy 7,8 & 9 on at full speed... so even if i was a big gamer, i would still pick the HD2 for the huge library of games it can emulate VERY WELL. I wouldn't want to much more gaming on my phone... I'd get a PSP for portable gaming if I was a big gamer.
not to say I am a big gamer though, just when I sit down to play some games I would like there to be some nice games available besides emulators which I can play on my PC and otherwise I do not mind not playing them so much....
This phone is already outdated as many have said and when wm7 comes out there may be people developing games for that (which would not work with previous WM devices...) so I believe by the time that comes around I will probably go and purchase a new phone since I will return this one and have some patience for a while....
and honestly, why would I spend 2-300$ on a phone, then spend another 2-300 on a PSP, then the PSP I would have to buy each game (no free games)....so I would be spending more when in actuality I am not looking for such an intense gaming experience just one sufficient to the hardware provided would do fine....
The only thing it has are emulators which I am sure other 1ghz phones can run decently as well....
In the end if I return my phone while I have the chance I can always come back and buy it again later on when something good comes up....

7 minutes and no response is too long? Yeesh.
Anyways like above. Buy FPSE off of market and supply your own ripped PSX/PS1 CDs (you'll likely need the SubChannel data when you rip it, because copy-protect stuff is there, also, include bad sectors).
Mind you, you need to legally own a copy of the game (I still have my Valkyrie Profile discs and a few others lying around, love those games). FPSE is made through community efforts from original PSX/PS1 emulation code, plus a TON of fricking changes and updates and fixes to make it work on ARM and/or specific CPUs and GPUs on different android platforms. The amount of work they are doing on that thing is a huge undertaking.
Alternatively you can buy stuff from Sony Computer Entertainment off the Android Market. I think they have a few games on the Android Market to buy. Crash Bandicoot, Syphon Filter, WipeOut (good futuristic racing game with great soundtrack, btw), and some others. These all use the native, Sony-Made PlayStation emulation.
Thirdly, there is currently dev work being done to reverse engineer the packages in order to be able to utilize the native Sony-Made emulator to run other self-ripped games. They are 80% of the way there and have it fully disassembled and understand it, but are having problems fitting it all back together with custom stuff. Check the dev section for progress threads.
If you are looking for a way to do it free and possibly get free stuff... not the place here.

WipeOut, Destruction Derby, Syphon Filter and a few others are available but only outside the US...
One day SCEA will give us some PSX love off the market. I'd be more than willing to buy these games a third time... Until then, we have Yifanlu.

Gameloft makes me want to throw my tablet at a wall

So I posted about Asphalt 6 and DH2 not working, Gameloft nicely sent me Hero of Sparta and Backstab for my trouble.
Backstab installs and then when you try to download the data on first run it says it has a problem and can't download. It loops through that till you give up.
Hero of Sparta straight out won't install, not their fault, its because of the pre-installed demo that you can't delete because its a system app!
Of course HoS could be fixed if I could root my A500, but I've been having problems running AfterOTA to root it because it won't flash a kernel for some reason, nvflash keeps giving an error 0x120002 saying the partition table is invalid.
Is this just Gameloft sucking or is there maybe something wrong with my Tablet? I bought it refurbished from Acer.
Gameloft is sucking, however you can root it by installing a rom with superuser pre-installed. There are plenty of tutorials here ranging from Honeycomb to ICS. Once installed you are rooted and can uninstall the pointless apps. There is an application out there that downloads Gameloft data for you if you have trouble doing so on your device, i forget what it's called, but i suggest looking that up.

I managed to get root, unfortunately my A500 is having problems with flashing kernels etc. It just wont do it may need to downgrade and upgrade again. I got Hero of Sparta working at least.
EDIT: And the version of Hero of Sparta the sent me is the same as the damn demo version that came with the tablet!!!! WTF
EDIT2: Tried an external program to download the Backstab HD game data, it points to a file on the server that does not exist! I can only download game data for Samsung phones, the Sony/acer/motorola/etc data is not there.
Emailed them back they sent me the same thing and Gangstar Rio. So so far I have gotten 5 games out of this mess, but only 1 works and its a demo!
That's why Im not buy gamelot stuff I have them almost all and working well in my a500 from a site that have them cooked.
Yeah, that's why Gameloft sucks. I have bought two games from them right when i got my tablet, through that app that was on our tablet. Two months later ran into problems, cs wouldn't help because they could not track where i bought it from.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
I bought HoS some time ago and it used to work perfectly fine, but after about a year, the game started to give me only two options upon boot: upgrade or exit. Upgrade always failed, so the game would only force me to exit.
Long story short (seriously) , I contacted Gameloft and they told me that HoS is not compatible with the A500. I argued with them about this because 1) the demo comes on the tablet, 2) I bought the game because their website SAID it was compatible at the time, 3) the game used to work, and 4) I contacted Gameloft in the past because I lost the game's download link, and they sent me a link to the A500 version of the game (it even says Acer A500 in the filename) without any problems.
Despite all of this, they continued to tell me that the game is NOT compatible and that I need to check compatibility before I make a purchase (as if I were stupid!).
So, what actually happened is that Gameloft decided that our tablet is no longer good enough for HoS. In addition, when a game update comes out, the game is programmed to FORCE you to update or else you cannot play the game at all. So somewhere along the line, an update was released that made the game incompatible with the A500.
I highly discourage anyone from buying games from Gameloft. A game may work now, but in the future, they may drop your device and you just end up buying something you cannot use. The company is complete $h!+ in not only the quality of their games, but also in their completely unethical business practices. They are more interested in getting your money and less interested in whether or not you are able to continue to use their products in the future.

Sadly Splinter Cell has been removed by Gameloft in fact almost all android Gameloft games from that era have been removed. There has been no update to the titles to even work on modern devices, like the powerful Nexus 7 and it's second incarnation (my favorite tablet BTW it has the brightest screen and most DPI and best colors over any any hand held device. Full 1080p). But a side gem idk if your a id software fan but Darkplaces (a modern Quake engine that been being built for years now) has been ported to android and iOS. Darkplaces allows Quake games to be played with normal mapping and full dynamic lighting. You can even load alot of mods (smoke, fog, rain, particle flame efx) you might have lying around straight into the engine. The author has also ported Doom 3 which looks very nice on the Nexus 7 2013 ed. And FYI in case you didn't know with the Nexus 7 (both versions) you can grab a OTG cable for 5 dollars on amazon and play your games with a Xbox controller, and the Nexus 7 2013 ed you can plug it into your HD TV and use it as a monitor. Makes me want to throw my Xbox out in the street. Darkplaces and Doom 3 can found on the Google market place. No Splinter Cell has had me bummed for a few years now. But hopefully this will provide some pretty entertainment in its place.

Alternatively there is "Onlive" for android let's you play new high end games on any android device. I use it on my old 2010 phone. Its like stream but instead of downloading game files it simply streams the audio and video to your device. I can't remember if Splinter Cell Conviction is still one of its playable games but it was at one time. You can download it for free and even watch other players live around the world playing titles like Batman or Darksiders. Keep in mind you have to pay for subscription but feel free to see if they have titles you like play demos to check to see if your internet can handle the data. Cause you need a good solid net connection if your looking for Xbox or PlayStation quality graphics. Hope these post help ya out.

Legacy use of current purchased games?

Curious will we be able to use the market and use current apps (that would work with the interface)? I already have all the Gameloft games and others and have no desire to have to repurchase those, the GTA games, Cave shooters, purchased emulators, etc.
If it is exclusive content specific, I will just stick with the Excite 7.7 and its media dock that provides similar function already. Would like the OUYA for another room, but not if buying my same games again.
It's supposed to have support for the Play Store which mean you can login your Google account and download all your purchased games.
This is not the same as the Ouya store which is separate as far as I know.
Sent from XDA app
This would be a good thing to have, much like owning a PS3 and a 360, which system do you buy the new game for cause otherwise you are paying twice for the same game. Even though the games though the play store are not that expensive paying for the same thing twice sucks.
They have actually specifically announced that the Ouya will not support Play Store games.
http://www.ouya.tv/faq/#12
There is a (good, IMO) chance that developers will be able to bring Play Store support to rooted Ouyas. However, the CEO stated previously that rooted Ouyas will not have access to the Ouya store. This was back in July though, so their stance could have changed since then.
That said, you would only really be able to play games that currently support a Bluetooth controller.
The thing on the rooted devices, to some degree, is counter to what they said in making the device open. Heck, they said people will be alloed to root without voiding the warranty. Yet, you can't access the store if you do. I understand the concern especially in regards to piracy. Personally, I don't think being rooted really makes it that much significant to get and use pirated games.
As to games you have already purchased, you can probably just side load them. Use something like ApkExtractor on your android with the game to get the game. You're just not going to have any of your saved games. If the root thing doesn't hold true, then you can probably use Titanium Backup to get it on your device.
With all that said, as raptir implies, not many games in the Google Play support gamepads. And the touch input on the Ouya controller is probably going to be limited, which may make trying to play something like Angry Birds very difficult.
Damn really, they advertise with the device being completely open but then block the Ouya store if you root it?
A deal breaker imo.
Then again, i wonder how the Ouya store will handle temporary unroots like you can with SuperSU.
Temp unroot ->use the store to install something -> root again.

I didn't think about SuperSU or Voodoo RootKeeper. If it's true about the root thing, then the above and prior would be excellent ideas.
Like many here, some must have apps require root, so it's a bit of a harsh reality to realize Ouya is being root unfriendly, per se.

Wait. So they are basically saying root and you dont have access to games or dont root and dont have access to custom roms and such. They are just going to drive people to piracy. I want root as well as games. The main thing I want to run on this is emulators and XBMC but if there are some good games out there I would spend a few bucks to buy them but not if I have to unroot this thing so I can buy them. I want the ability to over clock this. It has a heat sync and should run smooth at higher clock speeds and you have to have root to do this. I was thinking very seriously about getting one of these for my mother and for my grandmother as a Hulu, Netflix, digital movie device but If this is the case forget about it.
If you can not use Play, this makes more sense for their model, but seems they will lose as many customers as they gain with this approach. I think most people will naturally assume you can use the Play Store, since this is an Android device. It could end up most of the people that buy this will be the rooting crowd, but that will not support an economy of scale model, or an app model for revenue. Most people do not root their devices, so a very contrained install base- especially if even the rooters are locked out of a store.
The returns of this product could be high. You could point out the Kindle and Nook, but even those devices are hurting with constrained markets- especially the Nook which is expected to end after this year. Different devices also.
I really think there are a lot more people like me that will not want to buy their games again than there are that would. So the device is $100, but new controllers are $50 and you need to buy games that only work this one Android device.... Speaking of contollers, have they set those up as well so only their controller works? Why would they NOT do that, based on the app store premise, else people would pay $20 and $30 for already proven controllers.
I still wish the Ouya success, but seems they could have some consumer perception hurdles to get past. Since my desire is zero to buy apps just for one Android device, this will end my negative points, else become a troll or something. :cyclops: Not buying this or any other Android device that forces to an exclusive device and rebuy stuff. Well, I say that now, but could see this as a MAME cabinet down the road in a Tegra 4 version Assuming MAMEReloaded is an install option....

They have actually specifically announced that the Ouya will not support Play Store games.

I haven't seen this quote from her, but more than likely they are failing to make the distinction between rooting and an unlocked bootloader. Remember in Android these are two very different things, even if one is usually required to enable the other.
It would be quite easy to detect and block devices with an unlocked bootloader, not so easy to detect and block rooting.

If you can not use Play, this makes more sense for their model, but seems they will lose as many customers as they gain with this approach. I think most people will naturally assume you can use the Play Store, since this is an Android device. Why would you need a Tegra4 to play MAME? My PC from 12 years ago played these arcade games just fine, as did the Linux-based GP2x handheld from 5 years ago.
And no, most of the buyers will not be 'the rooting crowd'. You clearly far overestimate the number of people who read XDA, or do this sort of thing to their phones and tablets. For every person who preordered and hyped this console, there are 5000 parents with too much money to burn, who don't know anything about video games but will buy this $99 console for their children because it's shiny, new and cheaper than any Sony or Microsoft product. And they won't care about the Play Store either, because as long as the games on the Ouya Store are $5-10 and they can restrict purchasing authorization, that's all they want.
I don't like it either, but I'm at least realistic about it. The Ouya makes pretensions of being a "hacker console", but that's all they are. When you scratch the surface, it's still a commercial venture and they really haven't put anything more than a thin veneer of hackability into it. 1x USB port, rooting restrictions, no access to the Play Store.. these are all small things individually but overall they limit your possibilities and ease-of-use. This isn't a Raspberry Pi - it's a GAME CONSOLE. It's designed to sell and make money.
Tegra 3 is slow for a LOT of MAME games that are fast with the A6 (both Android and iOS use same compile of 139.1 ). Since the Tegra 4 is faster with cpu than the A6, the T4 should be a lot better for MAME than Tegra 3.
Games like Dead or Alive and Soul Calibur are examples. They are choppy messes on the Tegra 3.
BTW, even the Tegra 3 is faster than a 12 year old PC with MAME.

You have that backwards. It is incredibly easy to detect a rooted device and I have run into a handful of applications that do so (and pop up with "Rooted devices are not supported"). Google was previously blocking rooted devices from accessing Play Videos. It's actually very difficult to detect an unlocked bootloader from within the booted system and I do not know of any applications that do so.
The key here is that they've said the Ouya will have a "switch" that will allow you to easily root the device. If that's the case they could very easily tell if you're rooted since they're the ones allowing you to do so. Even something like OTA Rootkeeper that allows for a temp unroot would be ineffective. Since the Ouya is going to have official root support, it's very likely that no one will be looking for an exploit to root it outside of the official method.
Unfortunately the quote about rooted devices not having access to the Ouya store was on a web radio interview a long time ago, so it's not easy to just link to an article. Again, they could have changed their stance since then. If this reddit threat is to be believed, then they are at least aware of the desire for rooted Ouya store access and are hopefully going to change their minds.

These are hardly 'MAME' games, these are modern arcade or console ports with a source nearly equivalent to the emulating platform. MAME generally refers to 1980s-1990s arcade boards typically running in the single-digit Mhz, not modern Sega arcade platforms running dual and quad-core Intel-based custom PCs or an XBox360.
Not correct with MAME. The games mentioned have been around in MAME for at least five years and play smooth on the most basic of low endd laptops for the past four. Those games play close to smooth on the iPad 4, so should play smoother with chips like the Snapdragon 600 and Tegra 4.
Though a lot less than the A6 chipset, there are still hundreds of later year games that play perfectly on the Tegra 3.
MAME has no specificity to early year rom sets, though those are some of the more fun ones

BTW, the CEO of Ouya clearly stated that they will make a lot of their money via their own market, so that answers the Play market issue. They do NOT want people using other markets as a result. They also mentioned the Kickstart money was taken up with early unit purchases, so very imprtant to start revenue through controllers and app purchases.
Still, the potential of this being a mini MAME cabinet is too good to not consider. Perhaps they have eaked more power for the CPUs since no battery life concerns. With PC's you always have the usual Windows issues, but with Android there is a LOT less issues in that regard. True plug & play.

The gameplay did not look smooth compared to my Excite 7.7, TF 300 or GS3. That said, none are as smooth as the iPad 4.
Another point is that one game is over 1.5GB in size, so 25% of total storage space gone with one game.
I'm an early backer waiting for mine but I'm very sad to see all this. We absolutely must find an unofficial root method that allows Ouya games while srill allowing root and market access. If I have to choose I'll dump the Ouya market for standard android. Please devs help!

Stock images after root?
I read somewhere, which I forgot since I been trying to find something on if root is possible, that the stock system images for OUYA will not be available. Does that mean if we root and put a custom rom, the only way back would be with a self made image?

External hard drives and flash drives are natively supported I believe.

To awnser the initial question, yes you can use them, there wont be a play store (untill somebody on xda makes a not sucky user interface ofc) but you can 'sideload' any apk you desire.
Having said that you sadly cannot download APK's directly from google play anymore, but theres several chrome and firefox plugins that will help you with that, also any apk you may have from an Android Humble Bundle (bonus points for buying humble bundles!) should work fine.
Once you have your apk, theres several ways to transfer it, easyest is to plug the ouya into your computer using the provided usb link, then placing your APK files in the found usb device, and then reaching said APKS trough the MAKE menu in the OUYA to install.
