Looking for Trade, Samsung Epic 4G for HTC Evo

Would somebody want to trade their evo for a samsung epic 4g? Its only 4 weeks old and comes with all original cords, manuals, and box as well as a black snap on case for protection. I would also ask a little extra cash be provided in the trade seeing as i paid almost full price for the phone. If you want to trade pm me or post in this thread.

I would be willing to trade, I actually thought of putting my phone on eBay. My phone is mint with a Zagg Invisishield on it to protect from scratches and I have the box and manuals.
My phone is fully NAND unlocked with CM6 running on it, I can return it to stock before we trade if you woudl like. PM me if interested.

I am interested. My evo has the invisi shield and a platinum case on it to make sure its protected. I have.all the stuff that came with it in the box and a car charger. Let me know what you think.

Dude...with the retail price of the phone and all of those accessories...you have, like, an $800 phone. WTH?

T-Mobile just offered me the MT4G for 50 bucks....

I would have to send them back my Vibrant and pay 50 dollars for the MT4G. I'm going to have to pass. It's just too bad it can't touch the Vibrants display.... =)

You should do it and sell it for like 500 and get a cheap vibrant from Craigslist and pocket like 200!

LoLz! I'd have to send them back the Vibrant first. I bought the Vibrant off of T-Mobile for 50 dollars as well.

Did they just call you and offer or did you go to a store or something?

He means send them the Vibrant, get the MyTouch 4G, sell it for maximum profit and buy the Vibrant back off Craigsist, Ebay, etc.

Why did they offer it to you?

+1 I would like to know as well! My fianceé wants to switch after seeing my MT4G
I switched a couple days ago selling my vibrant for $380. No regrets. Stock Music player recognizes ported iTunes playlists via DoubleTwist. MT4G is fast plus in car dock mode I can answer calls, text, make calls all with my voice. I thought at first the MT4G screen washed-out but, after using it for a day then comparing it to my fianceé's vibrant I prefer the MT4G more. Why?: Colors are more natural and not over saturated, screen is very readable in bright sunlight, sharp text ( display looks very similar to Apple's retina display) and the screen's glass appears to be more fingerprint resistant.

I've had some connectivity issues and wanted to try something new all I did was ask loyalty I've been with t mobile for like six or seven years so they cut the price in half I mean as it is I got the vibrant for free on what they called a partial upgrade and again all I did was ask I think people would be amazed what they can get if you would just ask in a firm but understanding way

Yah I keep the vibrant and pay 250$ and get the mt4g but I have three kids and really shouldn't spend that on myself but sometimes deals are to good to pass on

according to reports it will have a locked bootloader. not sure I'll be getting it at all - might as well wait another couple of months for the next nexus.

It's almost like the MT4G, except dual core and a bigger screen. But it's all good. I can't wait!

I recently got my MT4G and wont be getting this...Guess I will wait for the Quad-Core android devices in 2013!
This phone should be good enough till then, or I can buy one from ebay and put it on the contract I have and sell the MT4G.

How can you guys manage to pay for phones like that? I mean, the earliest you could have gotten the mt4g was like what, 7 months ago? Do you pay full price for them or trade in your current phones or something?

These guys are trillionaires they can get things quickly, I wish I was so lucky to get a new phone that often . But I like my MT4G and I can always put Sense 3.0 or 3D on this thing

not true, I upgraded to the samsung vibrant back in july after it came out, then the mt4g dropped and so i bought it full price, which was like $400 and then sold my vibrant for $350 on ebay, so out of pocket it costed $50 for the "upgrade", so not trillionaires, just smart shoppers lol

true, if you keep a phone in great condition you can get a good resale value. as for me, I upgraded my sidekick 08 to the mytouch 4g and it cost me around $200 and Im keeping it as mint as possible

Yeah its pretty easy to sell a phone on Craigslist or eBay for a good amount then go purchase a new one at full retail.

I was only joking, i've been doing that with old phones when i see something new. Went from Instinct-->SK09-->G1-->MT3GS-->MT4G
But I had to get a contract to get the cheaper price, so now i have to keep this and cant sell it

Guys, DO NOT GET THE SENSATION, get the g2x instead the sensation has a arm a8 processor (even though it's clocked at 1.2ghz), compared to the g2x's arm a9(clocked at at 1ghz), so it's actually a better processor, regardless of all the other specs.

Interested in buying a vibrant for the screen

I have a working Vibrant with the exception of the broken screen. Just looking for a vibrant that has a good screen to buy and use for parts. The Donor phone can be bricked etc. Just needs a good screen. Let me know what you have if you have something you are willing to part with and how much you want for it.

I agree you can get a better phone for that price...id buy another vibrant for up too $100.00 including shipping but not a penny more , its too far outdated.
Ive got 2 months till my vibrants contract is good for an upgrade without penalties.....and for the meantime this mytouch 4g with support running 2.3.4 stock is a major upgrade compard to the vibrant and is in that price range

This Atrix 4G is the worse phone I have ever had up until now (because of a single yet extremely annoying problem, digitizer). The problem with the digitizer was so well-known that I saw almost everyone who owns an Atrix will have it sooner or later. For me, I have to go servicing the digitizer 3 times in 1 year, and now since the warranty has just been over, the next time that it fail, I will immediately throw it to the dust bin
I can't understand why Motorola decided to save $$ on some cheap parts that could eventually cost them more $$ in servicing/replacement, and even more in terms of reputation in a long run. That's why even when I really love Android (and Linux in general), I couldn't deny the fact that Iphone is such a great phone that you don't have to worry about it getting spoilt 1 day so easily like the other Android phone...

I'm not having any problems with either of my 2 atrixes digitizers at all and haven't for 9 months. That's not to say I wont but can I just ask, how hard on the screen are you fellas? How do you care for it, have you overclocked, screen protector, case, kept in pockets with other objects? Just wondering what could be causing the problem cuz I never oc, screen protector from day one, case, rarely in a pocket, but when it is its by itself, keep it clean, don't over flash roms. My phone is not just mine. Its the house phone, mini pc (only really use my laptop when there is something I absolutely can't do on my phone or tablet) my lifeline. I'm just curious.

Mine was because accidentally fall, but its not so high just about 30 cm... After that there is dead area around 1/3 up of the screen.

I always used screen protectors, never dropped it, never overclocked
, no water damage. All did was install cm7 and it was working fine until June when small strips of the screen stopped registering touch.

I've moved on to the Galaxy S III. Passed my Atrix on to my daughter. Never had any hardware issues with the Atrix, and I bought it in Feb of 2011 on the day it was released. No digitizer issues even after numerous hard drops. In fact, I once was using it while running on the treadmill and it fell onto the belt (face down). It traveled the length of the belt and then lodged between the guard and the belt. It lodged so hard that it actually stopped the belt from turning. Cheap rubber case and screen protector were completely destroyed, but absolutely no damage to the phone. So, my experience has been that the Atrix hardware is rock solid! It's still a fantastic phone, and my daughter is loving it. Will be even better with ICS!

I am also leaving the atrix section,just got a htc evo 3d Atrix is a lovely phone,not some beauty queen,but it can do-however-the hardware wise its a peace of ****! I also just left atrix, i left because my atrix got stolen and for me i didnt really care cause it had wifi issues and front cam was blurry. My favorite dev was epicenter because of his jb releases. I just bought a tmobile galaxy s3 because tmobile offered me awsome value plan. I have 5 lines so they offered me all the lines have unlimited text, 2 lines have 5gb data 2 lines have unlimited calling and the rest have 500 minutes each and im only paying 140 after tax per month so thats better then atnt cause with atnt i was paying 220 about the same stuff. Plus i got good deal on a galaxy s3 for 350 brand new in box on craigslist. Overall i liked the atrix cause before i had atrix all my other android phones required different bootloaders and defferent recoverys for like different roms or required modifying hboot but on atrix its just flash and go

Got the S3 recently. I loved my Atrix..it was my first Android phone and it just showed me how customizable the OS really is. The phone is so beastly- even bought a few tegra only games in the past to take advantage of the processing power. Babied it like crazy and kept the phone mint up until the day I sold it this week. Wanted to thank all the devs for the how-to's and roms.

I'll keep my Atrix. It's a nice phone, even without ICS.
