Is it possible to have the X2 panels on the HTC HD2?
That's a good question. I would like to have the full Xperia X2 rom on my HD2. It looks better than Sense. I hope someone can make this rom work on the hd2. First we have to wait for the hard spl....
im more intrested in the task manager from omnia II But to awser youre question, yes it would. Same res and same os. x1 panels where ported so why not the x2?

Actually I have requested once under About XDA-developers category, but yet no reply from them. I been thinking to have a sub-forum of Omnia II Android Development like the one in HD2. This is because it is easier to browse through and also to share this big piece news with all the omnia II users over here. This also helps to prevent some XDA users to keep started out a new thread just to ask whether Android is working.
This project is a on-going project and I believe that the dev team will try their best to make this ROM completely working on our Omnia II. I think they deserved a specialised sub-forum for Android Development.

im a new member as well, i got my new omniaII not too long ago, in im not impressed with the windows performance so far. i wanted to know if there will be any development of an android rom any time soon, or not so soon... lol
i would like some info, and i agree with l3ong91, it would b cool to have a treat for android developments

I think this is one example why there should be a split forum on Omnia 2 ROM development, some user just don't know about the Android development yet.
I know how badly you want the Android subforum 13ong91. And your request is STILL under consideration with our admin team. I'll see if I can get an answer ASAP, but for now, this thread is pointless.

Android project and development was stoped for HTC HD
All HTC HD users Dream with Android , windows mobile is DEAD
Now is time for Android
If we join force , make a team for developers and work again with Android Rom and Nand for HTC HD
We are looking For :
Looking for a team of Android developers
NAND replacement for Android Boot
Full Android Rom
Make a small donation 1or 5€ to support the project and developers
is the only way to make it possivel
may be only with some small donation ...
This is not difficult but will only work with a good theme and support

The HD hardware is similar to other HTC Android Phones .....
just need a good developer team and some support €€€

I would help with money if it's needed but I think that the best way would be a team leaded by a big brand, such as HTC itself that did these pda with win mobile (6.1!!!) when the whole world was going to choose unix-like os.
Now I am passed to an (not so old) iphone4 and I miss a bit my blackstone... but windows mobile was really bad, the worse os I tried.
You also will have difficulties if you'd like to sell it.

too few touch HD users left.
I actually know a fair few people with the device, 2x as work mobile, 2x family members still using, 1x in a drawer after upgrade
but I bet most have moved on or sold/scrap now

I would like ask one question. Do i need post more than 10 post in generel thread that i can post in android development thread? if its possible without a 10 posts pls help
but i know, may be hate me some people in xda but i dont know at the moment. if you want just bann me.
I just want helping some blackstone users if i know. And i know that this site the right place for real development.
May be i make some wrong issue it my custom work but i want make it better.

Thanks to your information.
So i look that its posted IceBread nand, for me its okay. No needed closing, I and ~ 20-30 ( i think this score its much more ) people we can confirm that nand its finally booted and working with some minor fixes but it has bugs with panel but not a big problem, big problem is Wifi because i think its not compiled with tiwlan0 module :/. On CM7 i have one times 3G after i playing lot of with apn. but i dont know how to do this again :/ , First in the kernel we need rebuild because herrickwong not share his latest good kernel source for nand.
So guys, my HTC Tattoo is officialy out of my hands, i sold it. Im upgrading to an X10 mini. All i can say is, happy rom developing and i hope you guys finish GBSense .... I'll visit this forum every once in a while... Rallapag, MaffyRain, deba, arco, arif-ali. Thanks and goodbye
