whats going on here?? it just started doing it. screen loads really slowly and ends up like this then eventually or sometimes will go normal :S

Looks like a defective screen or the ribbon cable might be loose/damaged.

Either that or it could be artifacting due to your gpu being messed up.

Adding own personal pictures to the start screen

I'm so tired of the default themes already, Is it possible to add a personal background like with a picture?

I'm sorry, I meant to say on the Metro UI. All it gives is a list of colors and patterns. There is only like 4 patterns and I want to add a picture instead. Thanks.

Windows 10 tile issue (kinda)

Ok on my main account the windows 10 tiles look bigger after I installed 9860 build BUT the other on the right looks like it did before I installed 9860. Is there a setting to make my main account back to normal sized icons or something. Tried everything. Right is big, left is normal on the attached picture. It is a bit noticeable. I know the left side is raised a bit but I tried that on the right and it didn't work. Also it is not the theme I installed neither on the right.

Microsoft only released the beta correct? If so im sure they will fix this in the full version.
