Text wrapping in App Tray (Official ICS Rom)

Hi
Anyone else got the text that sits under the icon for an app wrapping onto the next line. I have several apps with long names, where the last character appears on the following line under the app's icon.
This is new to ICS, On GB, the same app had all its text fitting on the one line.
Its looks ugly, and I wondered if there was a fix?

No one else seeing this ? Maybe I need to change the DPI somehow.

I've got the same effects in my app tray, it is kinda ugly you're right!

Adding own personal pictures to the start screen

I'm so tired of the default themes already, Is it possible to add a personal background like with a picture?

right click on a selection and it'll give you change options

I'm sorry, I meant to say on the Metro UI. All it gives is a list of colors and patterns. There is only like 4 patterns and I want to add a picture instead. Thanks.

How to arrange and align the icons like how it's shown in the droidtree homescreen by Paulo card from mycolorscreen.com?

Help me recognize this icon in notification bar.

Hey guys my friend asked me what this icon is for? I can't seem to figure it out. I have never seen something like that on my Nexus.
She's concerned coz nothing happens when she clicks on it.
I asked her to reboot but I'd still like to know what it is and what it does.
Any help is appreciated.
Here's the picture. I am talking about the left most icon. The one that has an eye on a film reel.
