i`m not able to flash it via recovery..

No reason why it shouldnt. After all in the tread it says its supported on all cm7 devices

They are NOT similar phones, except for the name and outward appearance.

you may have 2.3.5 cm7 custom rom dude. #177 nightly is 2.3.5 andy. why go for old when u have 2.3.4/5 flying around.

Their are various builds for the UK. As some were branded by the carrier while some were not. What carrier are you looking for?

But I already saw that, it's gingerbread. I'm looking for FroYo, is it 1.72.405.3? And any clue what's the difference between the two 1.72.405.3 RUUs?

yeah thats the froyo one. all the WWE version have the 405 number. as to the difference i dont know. They look the same to me. My question is why do you want to go back to froyo and not gingerbread

It's cuz I wanna reroot and do eng s-off before going to sense 3.0/GB, cuz I wanna flash a custom recovery with the original ROM.

Just and fyi the gb(sense 2.1) is rootable with the hackkit no downgrade needed, unless your on sense 3.0

Sense 8 it is possible by simply installing the apk file. Don't know about the sense 9.

in HTC 10 there no sense version in settings, and the only thing is Sense home v8.0 so there might not be any more sense UI as it is already replaced with stock android ui and stock themed settings
