I have a problem with A2DP! I have the Jabra BT620s headset. No music playback. Please help!

Did the headset work before installing wp7? If it did then i guess it has to do with wp7 but if it didn't then its a common htc issue, not all headsets work for it. The one i'm using now worked for all the os i have installed on my device but i can't use the loadspeaker on it.
work on 6.5. and android
I have a SE MW600, and it is working great, buttons too.

Same here.
Streaming to my Car Radio works, but its much too quiet. Does anyone know how to make it louder?
i have Jabra BT8040 with A2DP profile. Works with music playback, but NOT with movie playback.

is there a way for me to use it for music and phone ? i have tried around but, it will never work.
only way i know of is using the I-PHONE headset which use a dongle to play music and bluetooth directly to be a phone headset

i have got the a2dp profile working well on my 2s. but, it breaks up quite often. Any ideas. ? I got the motorolla HT820. there is a previous and next track button. It does not work. Any ideas?

U mean to say that the you are able to listen to MP3 audio using BT in your BT headset??

dont work on magician as it is using ms bt stack ..

I have the HT820 and got no problems like you, I do have the problem that outgoing calls automatically use ht820, but incoming calls the speaker on the phone. Music works fine.

Can you post the A2DP settings from your registry. Maybe, you have cracked the problem!
And, also AudioGateway settings too!

Xda Atom dosn't support listening mp3 with windows media player...i can use bluetooth headset for normal calls....
I am suprised as i had ETEN M500 before and it supports everything...
Looks like i am missing something....Any help or guideline?
Stereo headset or mono?
Try VJVolublis -agon for mono headsets.

It works well with itech bluetooth stereo headset on my atom
Hi.
I have one HTC TYTN and one bluetooth headset but I only have sound in the phone function.
I don't have any sound with media player, ring tones and other sound programs, but with phone calls the BT (Bluetooth) works fine.
I can hear in HTC, but not in BT
I try with
NOKIA BH600
MOTOROLA H350
JABRA BT135
Is this a problem from my HTC or they don't work at all??

I have a similar problem. Tried with a Motorola HS850. BT Only works with the phone, not the PDA, and certainly not with Skype. Using the "Hands Free" profile.
Can anyone confirm a BT headset that works with the PDA side (i.e. Skype)?
I have also heard that BT headphones with AD2P profiles will work, but they won't fit in your pocket.

Depends on what you mean by "pocketable". For example, my Plantronics 590A is collapsable and some other A2DP headphones don't have a headband at all.
Please DO check out my A2DP-related articles either on my blog or here in the General forum - I elaborate on these questions a LOT in there.

i search for a tool, which streams the audio of my mda compact to my mono bluetooth headset. Can i use the thing with the a2dp for that. Or is there a tool like the BTaudio from the htc charmer for wm5.0?

bluemusic v.2.0 won't work with WM 2003 SE... only devices with WM 2005 or smartphone....
called the attention of teksoft if they have an earlier version or whatever that might work with magician with WM 2003 SE however the response was... it is the hardware problem... so in other words: no can do

OR works on Samsung I730 with the same OS as in magician.
Magician never sends sounds to mono BT-headset!
I recently got rid of the Motorola Q and no matter which bluetooth I used I had music playback over my headset. I used this with my Jawbone and my Jabra JX10 all the time. Is there anyway to enable that feature on the Verizon xv6800?
It's not A2DP, it just routes audio over bluetooth headset profile. Try something like this:

A2DP only works on an A2DP compatible headset.

That is the same program I used before purchasing my BT8010 w/ A2DP. It was handy and used MANY times while travelling.
My BT8010 will not play music when paired with my 8925 and the other program mentioned here works but it crackles and is scratchy at times. Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
