Hi, I'm looking into installing WP7, but I'm kind of a noob. My SDl is 1.66, but I hear you need 1.42 how do i downgrade the ROM, and how to install HDSL, I would also appreciate a WP7 ROM.

Sup guys posting a question cause I cant seem to get my phone to flashed... Ive tried over USB and over the SD Card Method and nothing happens. I'm trying to install a custom ROM on my new HD2 that I just got 2 days ago. My ROM version is 2.13.531.1 (90963) and Radio Version 2.10.50.26. I'm guessing that my ROM and Radio version are to new, but again I'm just assuming does anyone know if I need to downgrade any of those 2 version in order to flash in a custom ROM? Any help will be appreciated.

You probably have to run Task29 and then install 2.10.0 in order to have HSPL. There is no current HSPL for 2.13
Thanks for the heads up secano...I figured it had something to do with my version. Now I just have to figure out how to run the Task29...lol Nothing a search wont fix though. Thanks again!
I recently used Cotulla's HSPL 2.08 and installed dan1j3l-LeoFroyo-1.0 and Jmz Android Dual-Boot.. I havent done anything with my ROM or Radio. I need some advice and where to go from here at this point. Andriod 2.2 boots well and is stable but burns through my battery. Any ROM or Radio suggestions would be very helpful thanks in advance!!

i have windows OS, now I understand I need a custum ROM to install so i downloaded chucky, but now i see that I need to install radio and HSPL 2, AND that i need SPL 1.42.0000 ON my device but i have SPL 1.66.....,

You can't flash or install Android onto the NAND memory just yet.

Hey guys, I'm a real noob at all of this whole "ROM Downloading" kinda thing. I got an HTC HD2 (1024MB ROM) and an SPL of 2.08.0000. That's all I know, and I need that new Desire HD rom on my phone. I've never installed a rom before (still on crappy winmo 6.5 ) So I need a step-by-step guide that can help me download it. (IN ENGLISH PLZ) I've read other forums, but I'm scared to do anything because I don't want to brick my phone . Someone help please!

Thanks, I think I got some of that down, but what are the steps I need to make to download this rom? I already got the 2.08 Hard spl downloaded and my rom (Desire HD beta 2) downloaded on my comp.
Copy the your Android folder to the root of your SD card;
Open the Android folder
Select CLRCAD file (nothing will happen you select it; thats the way it works)
Select HARET
Then wait and watch the Android magic happen....
The rest is history....

hi this is also another noob question. i have a bone stock hd2 tmous. stock radio 2.10.50.26 and ive ran android on it works fine by drains my full batter in about and 1 hours use. is it better to use another rom? if so whats the best one for running andriod and easiet to install giving my radio? thanks so much for the help

Hey id like to know this as well !!? I've heard that Winmo rom: VBN_RC7_2-Clarity-21916-C1, and Radio: 2.14.50.04 work great for android roms, however, i can't find the links to these anywhere! been looking for hours now help anyone!? suggestions? im trying to use Hyperdroid v1.1
