What's the Android ROM is compatible with HD2 T-MOUS??
I want to flash a ROM, not to use as a application! Is it possible??

You can't flash or install Android onto the NAND memory just yet.

Hey I wanted to upgrade my Touch HD2 and on HTCs website are several updates and two ROM-Upgrades. Do I need to install each and everyone of them or is it enough to install the latest Rom upgrade?

I purchased my HD2 last year in Dubai(english rom) and have just seen a new rom @HTC for GCC and Egypt(whatever that means) can i upgrade? I speak english and wouldn't what my device to be in Arabic.

so, to summarize, you have a phone in english, you've seen a rom you don't want to flash, so you are asking our advice,,,,
my advice would be to hspl and then flash any english (wwe) rom you want. get the latest stock roms from the "leo official roms" thread in rom development.

I do not understand!For years i wanted to try one of the ROMS in this website but for the life of me cannot understand how to go about it so i stick to ROM UPGRADES from HTC! The 0ne i am now mentioning is still @ HTC.What is your advise pls?
go to hspl thread
download hspl2
run hspl2choose 1.66.hspl
download the rom you want
if it is a stock rom run it.
if it is a custom rom put it in a folder with customruu.exe and run customruu

samsameul Thanks very much but i do not understand all you are saying.What is hspl and what is stock? I honestly do not understand!
stock means genuine htc released rom.

In response to the original question yes you can upgrade your phone with the GCC ROM.It will be in english.There will be a value added installer package in your programmes after the upgrade.Dont install that package.That is for converting english to Arabic.

install hslp 1.56 olinex to your device.
once you have this on your device, you will be able to flash to any custom rom for blackstone.

Forget about speed in WM6.5. It's not designed for Blackstone. Stay with 6.1

1.you can test my 6.1 rom that im currently making if you want? (private message me if you would like to test it)
2.personally i found the speed is slightly faster on 6.1roms
3.visit the xda touch hd wiki for the original rom dumps, its too much work to dump the rom yourself so just download one thats already been done. to be honest, you wont even need it.. there is a wide variety of differant custom roms avaliable. (+ the original roms are crap )

I see hungarian flag under cook's name, and I think Wajk cooked at least one ROM in/with hungarian language...

No, but you can side load them yourself why you want tango anyways, we don't have sec camera.

As you coluld read at the first post it based on HTC UE ROM, so you have: English, German, Spanish, French and Italian Languages.

Whatever you do, don't update HTC Hub... I did, went down from 2.00 to 1.9...
Any chance of finding it somewhere to re-install it?
