htc desire hd tv kabel - Desire HD General

hi i search for the desire hd a tv kabel
and how can i activate
regards

The DHD does not have a TV output port. So no cables either.
Sent from my Desire HD using XDA App

i dont think so because the hardware can suoport tv out
galaxy has also tv out kabel
the dhd needs only a app

NDLA, A2DP, or stream through Twonky or just watch your movies on your TV or computer?

If you have DLNA you can watch videos on TV with wireless router. I have TV connected to router and Desire HD to wireless router, and I can watch movies or photos without cable. It much better than cable.
Regards, Ales

There is also a micro usb tvout cable for the Droid incredible, why can't dhd have one?
For the dlna, the problem is not everyone have a DLNA cabilble tv, like me. And the DLNA adaptor is expensive.
And can anyone tell me whether I can watch YouTube video through DLNA ?

You can't watch with DLNA only files from phone memory. Downlad movie form YouTube and stream with DLNA into TV.
Copy files from phone to laptop -> connect laptop to TV with RGB or HDMI cable. Simply easy?

Cable would be better if you would want to see your phone on TV. You can't watch YouTube videos on TV direct from Phone.

I have an old xbox connected to my tv, which I have XBMC on. I can stream videos via DLNA to it and it works pretty well. Only thing that suck about it is that the HTC video app doesn't play well with all formats. Only wished that rockplayer would have DLNA too.

hehe, the M stands for Multimedia (as in more than 1 type of media ... in this case Audio and Video)
hey some HDMI also support ethernet and other stuff now (1.4) ... it really is an all-in-one cable

Running movies from the vibrant

Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA App
Just get a 3.5 MM jack to RCA OUT .......3.5 on vibrant and rca cable to tv
Put movies on vibrant then go to setting>display>Tv out Enable then your ready
if you have an xbox 360 you can stream to your tv via the xbox with twonky media

Mirroring Transformer through xbox

Is there any ghetto way we can wirelessly mirror the transformer screen through an Xbox?
It would be nice to sit all the way back on the couch and be able to control playback of movies without a 30ft HDMI cable running all over the place.
Sent from my Inspire 4G using XDA App
I don't believe it would be possible. Do you just want to play media stored on the Transformer and have it play on the XBox? You could try using the MyNet app and stream the media to the XBox.
I've tried that but can almost never get it to work. I would like to mirror the screen, that would be awesome. I guess its too much to ask though
Sent from my Inspire 4G using XDA App
All I can think of is to get a wireless HDMI transmitter and connect this to the HDMI port of the Transformer.
Or you could go the other way and plug the Transformer directly into the TV and then user a bluetooth keyboard/remote to control the Transformer if you don't care about touch screen.

HDMI & Flash Video

Does anyone know if we should be able to mirror while watching flash video in full screen? Has anyone successfully done it?
Thanks!
If by mirror you mean plug your xoom into a hmdi port on a tv, then yes you can. I was streaming an bbc iPlayer video stream using flash whilst connected to ky tv. I did this using the eos stingray rom. The hdmi support is awesome in ics. Significant audio improvement over and above honeycomb.

Thanks for the information.
Are you able to do this in full screen mode. When I press the player's button to expand the video yo full screen, I can no longer view the output. I can see the browser tabs at the top, the status bar at the bottom, but the video/audio foes dead. It's just a black screen where the video should be.
flash?
I have ics, and flash is a fail. I can watch in the small player, but click that full screen button.... freeze. Crackle don't work, only YouTube app will play full screen hdmi. On their site, HDMI sound no picture on either TV or tablet, but while playing unplug hdmi while in fullscreen then plug back in it works! Is there a solution as I have uninstalled and reinstalled flash several times? Would have figured they would have released a fix as its been over a month. Also I have to use stock browser as opera says I don't have flash

i have exactly the same problem on the JG nightlies.. any solution for this? videos are running fine but when i stream the flash videos full screen my application freezes.
On my Jellybean EOS HDMI mode mirrored the xoom screen, but I think it was only 720.

I noticed that i have to pull the hmdi cable, let the flash stream going full screen, then plug the hdmi cable again..
nevermind, works for me now
I have to plug in the HDMI cable into the TV, turn on my screen, plug it into my xoom, and it will show up on the TV immediately. Everything on my xoom is mirrored fine, but I have to keep my screen on or the TV loses the signal.

havent tested yet if it work with JB
Tested with JB on my xoom and worked great! Useful when watching a movie so the screen doesn't over heat or kill extra battery. Thanks for the link! For anyone else, it does need root to work.

miracast / projection feature

One the reasons I bought the Kindle was because of I believe it's called miracast where you can project your tablet onto your tv. What ever happened to it? Or is there something else I can do?

I forgot Android app Twonky works also, but I had problems Beaming Mythtv HD file to my SD tv. It worked otherwise.
AllCast is also an alternative if you have a roku or apple TV. I have tested it on both and movies play flawlessly. It also supports viewing pictures and streaming music.

You guys know of anything that'll work with xbox?
PlayOn works with Xbox for streaming . http://www.playon.tv/supported-devices
The miracast adapters above are needed to do full second screen mirroring. Hopefully Roku will update their device soon to allow it as well.

Yeah, personally, I'd stay away from the "HDX Certified" Netgear Push2TV device. It is utter rubish. All kinds of resolution issues (you can fix with an app, but still, shouldn't have too) & the audio is marginal at best. I have an Onkyo TX5010-NR, which is one of the baddest receivers around (& I've tested/owned lots). Chromecast will support 5.1 Dolby & PCM, so will numerous other options, including SlimPort (I have an HDMI 1.4b certified SlimPort/MyDP dongle) which also works flawlessly in regards to audio, even up to 8 channels. The NetGear HDX Certified device though only outputs 2.0 PCM. It's watchable, but nowhere near as enjoyable as other devices.
