1200 mAh vs 1230 mAh battery - HD2 General

guys, i just bought a battery (yoobao brand). then i notice that the capacity is 1200 mAh whereas the original hd2 battery is 1230 mAh. does it mean that it lasts less long than the original battery? thanks.

30mA less, which technically isnt much at all =.=
but since being 3rd party, i wouldnt know the reliability of this though

Largest capacity slim battery for OEM case?

I've got a 2800mAH battery in my TyTn at the moment and was wondering what is the greatest capacity for the standard size battery that is available so I can stick to the original rear casing? I think I've found some at 2400mAH but I was unable to confirm whether it was indeed slim or not!
Thanks in advance .
slim battery
largest capacity I can find that is standard size is the Seidio 1600 Mah battery. It uses standard door. Anything larger requires the hump and an oversize door. Lithium batteries cannot be "overpacked", so size=capacity. 1600 is better than the standard 1250 or slim 1100

battery capacity on AT&T Pure

Is the battery capacity on AT&T Pure 1350 mah as shown in http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=specs&id=1912&view=1&c=at_t_pure___warhawk_htc_topaz_210
Will Pure battery fit the HTC Diamond2 which has a battery capacity of 1100 mah?
It's 1100mah. Confirmed by an unboxing from phonedog.com
HTC Touch Freak, thank you for the reply so that was a mistake in the data of http://pdadb.net

1350 mAh batteries from China

I bought one off ebay for 9 USD. I fully charged the thing turned on the phone, and no surprise tBattery showed it as only 1230 mAh battery. If you want a cheap, as in doesn't fit well in your HD2, replacement get one of them, but do not expect it to be a higher capacity battery.

Test it with a volt meter anyways. WM battery meter sucks and it might not be giving you the right info as it isn't an original battery.

[Q] What is my actual mAH on my new battery

Hi.
I recently bought a new Fat battery for my desire. It promises to deliver 2600 mAH but i have my doubts...
First of all, only the voltage is printed on the battery itself.
Second, I experience worse uptime than on my original 1400 mAH battery.
Third, I guess Iam just sceptical by nature.
So my question: Is there an app out there that will display max capacity?
Or do I really have to measure it with a multimeter?

the only way to measure precisely is using an app called
battery monitor widget
have it measure the current and voltage every 60 seconds
fully charged ur volatge suppose to be at ~4.2V with either battery
the drainage suppose to be the same at screen off
lets say ur phone drains 9mA steady
u should see the voltage sinking slower on the higher capacity battery
i would give it an hour or 2 hours on each battery to check the result
example:
1400mAh battery
steady 9mA current over 2 hours from 4200mV down to 4150mV
2600mAh batter
steady 9mA current over 2 hours from 4200mV down to 4175mV
hope it helped^^

This shows the mAh.
if you brought the £13 one made in China from ebay (like I did) then it's a total fake the stock battery lasts longer, the only good thing about it is because the back cover is that much thicker you can rest it on it's side to watch movies etc...!

Hello i buyed high capity 5860mah battery. Now i see its a fake battery mah its real 3200 <mod snip>
Return to the seller .
dont send it back
That's normal your system can't read how much mah your battery got. It thinks the standart battery is in your system. I have a high capacity battery too and in such apps I got 3200 mah too

Yes. Only your screen on time (time between charges) would help you identify.
I use a 9600mAh
