Hi
After many tries and googling and searching , i did not find this answer!
I am using many builds of android (mostly SD) on my hd2 ,and they are the last ones i have ...BUT i cannot use android market cuz
after i run market and agreed with terms and coditions it shows me "LOADING" and after few seconds it crashes with no error just it closes itself,
i had deleted the cache but nothing worked for me
i am using wifi for internet connection,
any help would be usefull
THanks for the advance
BING
sorry for this , but i really need help ,any help plzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I just got the exact same problem. The market shows a white screen saying "loading" and then just going back to the desktop without force closing or anything. were you able to fix the problem?

I had this issue when I was in Sudan (country not supported by google).
And if you connected to google using a vpn, market will work.

Since I updated to the new Orange .66 ROM earlier today, I can't download any apps from the marketplace.
I try and then the download just hangs saying 'Starting download' as does nothing. I've left it 'downloading' for ages but it didn't do a thing.
I can search the marketplace etc but just can't download.
Any idea?
Checked all of my data connections, everything is fine, exchange emails are coming through. Even tried it with WiFi enabled and connected.
It's driving me mad as I updated the ROM using the RUU installer which wipes everything on your phone. I now can't download the apps I need.
Sorted. Everything suddenly came back to life without me doing anything. Must have just been a minor blip for a couple of hours
It's a quite normal problem many users are experiencing. The usual fix is in fact to log in on the Gtalk app (believe it or not)
I'm using stock rom and have the same problem.

So you open Gtalk and then the downloads should start or do you have to stay in Gtalk until they're done downloading? I tried opening it and then going back to the Market Downloads and they hadn't started yet.

Good it worked out for you. Have fun downloading from market
I have an Xperia X10 that I rooted as soon as the root was available and it worked great unfortunately I had an app that was causing me some issues and I thought id factory reset the phone.
The only apps I have are now:
Phone book
Browser
Dialler
Alarm clock
Calc
Calendar
Camera
email
Gmail
Google talk
Maps
Market
Messaging
Settings
SIM tools
Youtube
This would not be a major problem but I also dont have the Keyboard app so im unable to enter any settings make any changes etc.
Please help, ive pretty much bricked the damn thing
Does anyone have any ideas or somewhere I can download the original FW I can flash from the Micro SD card?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thread moved in XPERIA X10 General.
btw, the best way to solve your problem is to take a simply reset, this will solve all your trouble.

Apparently mods are not the only ones who don't read posts around here.
To the OP, try using the flashtool to throw another firmware onto the phone, since a reset didn't work?
Or just install a keyboard through adb...
Just use the usb cable to transfer a keyboard app across and then a file manager to instal it.. happen to me once.. ul b fine ;-)
btw I see u mentioned no timescape.. when u go into phonebook can ya view contacts or do you get an error?!
Ps - just my tip.. upto you if you wana try it.. but seen as I use chompsms, dolphin browser, and kaloer clock.. I got rid of the alarm clock, browser and messaging!! lol got rid of email cause don't use it really, left gmail though cause there always seems to be something linked with google stuff and messes up when ya get rid of it

Thanks for the responses guys, I have a keyboard app on the SD card but I dont have a useable file browser to get to the installer, im installing Android Debug Bridge but may need some pointers on the commands to use to install.
Thanks
Mark.

Yes, exact problem I have. I also realized my sd card all of a sudden became "read only" and can't place anything on it (no pics/vids/etc). Read these forums and it's recommended to remove everything from sd card and format it again.,then place everything back.,.,gonna try it when I get home

You can also search the net for .apk's or go here:

Are you trying to download via WiFi or data, there may be issues there.
Im on data right now , im about to check if it works with wifi.
Could it maybe be becouse I updated my android market to the new one but it had errors and always closed so I put the firmware back on new now its the old one again?

I think it may be a connection problem. If it works with WiFi and not DATA, then we know it's a DATA problem...
well ... it still doesnt work ill do another reinstallation with another google email then we'll see if it works but that for the help
Mine automatically updated itself while I was out and about just now.
I am on DHD build and have the accounts & sync background data enabled all the time.
Since the installation of android 2.3.3 on my I9000
Snap N Go Fails..
it connects with my PC then the camera goes on
it stays on for couple sec then the application closes
without a FC warning
Is Snap and Go compatible with BETA 2.3 ???
jje
i dont know...mate
maybe it is the camera bug or something that makes it close
I can also confirm that I get the exact same reaction since 2.3.3 upgrade for SGS. (Upgrade from cell phone carrier). Its a big shame because Snap N Go was/is a terrific app. Have read on net that others have same problem. Also have lost daily briefing app.
Please HELP!
i even cant find it in samsung apps!

Yes I notice it's not there anymore too.
Same issue on the same configuration, you are not alone !
same problem
come on developer type people
this is a briliant, just briliant app... and i want it back
won't anyone help?
what's about solution?
Wow tried it and this happens to me too.
Lame Snap N Go was a great easy way to transfer files between computers without the hassle of using a samba share. (It even worked without a wifi network around, just connect the laptop to mobile AP.)
I wonder if we can get a log that will give insight into the problem?
It just doesn't work on Gingerbread apparently..
Also, samsung's taken it off of "Samsung Apps"..
Such an amazing app, its so less known!
Can't any developer help here? Please!
"apk" and the "desktop-application" file are both still available on the net,
and i strongly believe its just a minor bug(with the new camera) that's the problem, as the app runs fine(connects with desktop client and all) till the camera tries to load up
I've had my Samsung Galaxy S II for Just under two months and everything was fine. I tried to acess the android market today evening but I cant.
When I touch the market app, a blank white screen with the word loading comes for about a 15th of a second and then I go back to the home screen.
I've tried clearing the data under "manage applications" and powering off the handset but it has no effect. I have stock rom and have not rooted my S2.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Im having the same issue

Same problem here on SGSII.
I also can't sync my Google account apparently. Fails with an error: "sync is currently experiencing problems"
AStrange one that ive never had an issue like that, perhaps try uninstalling it and reinstalling and fixing permissions, worth a go anyway, good luck.
Try to install the new market
