Hi All,
I wonder if someone could possible help me with this small problem.
When watching movies that have been ripped from dvd by spb dvd and watched fullscreen using coreplayer, the sound only comes through the left earphone. The quality of picture and the sound is great, however this problem is holding the experiance back.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Thanks for the help

i assume you have checked to make sure the movies were ripped with stereo rather than mono sound? (For me it was a headphone that happened to fail at the same time I started playing a movie but I guess you will have tried it without headphones).
thanks for your reply. Yes sound seems to work fine without headphones. How would i check if it was ripped mono or not? spb dvd does not appear to give me the option of changing sound?
May sound obvious here, but have you checked to see whether your headphones aren't faulty?
yep, have checked and rechecked headphones, all work well.
I had this problem for a while, turned out that altough the headphones were in pretty firmly they needed an extra little push, then both channels were working fine, I also find sometimes I need to wiggle the lead a little bit.
Hello firends,
do you know an equalizer which is not necessary to play music, one that works all the time in the backround... which is also active when the phone starts ringing, or plays the sms tone ?
The original sound quality is really poor so this could help us out...
Well, the phone won´t be a ghettoblaster, but maybe we can get a better sound in daily life
Thanks!
MOD Edit: Moved to General.

Nothing new here?
Just wondering does anyone experience the problem of recording a video on the Omnia 7, yet no sound is recorded during playback?
I've noticed this heaps of times where apps which require the mic (Shazam, bing voice search, and as mentioned recording a video) does not pic up any sound. The only way to remedy this problem is by dialling a contact and ending it right away before it alerts them. This kind of activates the mic of the phone. Anyone experiencing this?
No, sound is good with my Omnia. Video recording, apps that require the mic...no problem at all.
Thanks. Weird how mine sometimes dont work. Was recording a video, and when I played it back it had no sound... It seems fine now though, but I reckon it will come back eventually ><
Today I realized that the phone don't have any bass response at all when you record a video. You can put the phone right behind the speaker and it won't record any bass... but if you use the voice recording app, it does recognice bass.
Like this video i've found in the internet:
There are any way to deactivate the stereo recording on videos?

Old news, there's a whole topic on this already with like 200 post.
Supercurio is aware of the problem and is already working on a solution to be released with his VooDoo sound and color.

Hi everybody,
I am looking for a solution (if there is any) for when I am recording a video in loud places (p.e nightclubs etc...).
Every time I try to record something when I play it, sounds really distorted.
If anyone knows if theres any possible fix, I would appreciate it.
Thank you.
i have the same Problem... but no idea how to fix it.
