It's a very good ROM
HCDR.ROM also has many languages
how to manually edit the language of phone.apk or similar? morelocale can not translate all the applications
please help
1. Find Morelocale.apk
2. Download it
3. Install it
4....
5. PROFIT!!!!!!!

I bought my tab from Bangkok. It's precondition is set to be KOR. I want to change it for Turkey cause I live in Turkey, using #*172*...*#. But I don't know what to set. Could anyone please tell me which one I should choose?

Dear lxxxxxr,
it is better to flash to JM6 instead of changing the config... Please refer to link on how to flash to firmware JM6. Firmware JM6 contains Turkish language,settings and its is very smooth...

Thanks for your answer. I already have installed JM6. I still cannot set the encoding of subtitles to Turkish. I don't want to use my Android in Turkish that's why I have set language to English.

Dear lxxxxxr,
For subtitles, just open subtitle with notepad in PC and save as it by choosing UTF-8 instead of ANSI then copy it to device. Now you can see your Turkish Encoded subtitles in Galaxy TAB. Hope this helps.

Hi there, I have a brand new samsung galaxy s4 only for Turkish market and on samsung is Turkish language. Is it posible to change it to other language like english. I have no option to choose other language.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think you can, since all the applications that make up the OS have been stripped of any other language strings. Adding the language would imply repacking every single app in the system with the appropriate language which is a harsh task that cannot be achieved by simply using a locale program.
I was looking for the same and desisted. It's much easier and faster to flash a custom rom, imho
