I have noticed one thing that is missing from bada is a widget to easily change screen brightness. Would appreciate it if a skilled developer could create one.

Can I have a live wallpaper on my lock screen and just a normal wallpaper as my home screen?

No.

nope cool idea though............
ACTUALLY...
its either the 2.2.1 roms or the 2.3 roms but you can set different wallpapers on lock and home.
I'm sure if your using 2.3(?) you could make a live wallpaper, then lock screen could be a regular one;.
I'm running Double Rainbow and just checked this. It looks like you cannot have a live wallpaper as your lockscreen, though you can set a different standard wallpaper.
Unfortunately I cannot post my question in the development section because I am new to XDA, kinda frustrating but oh well!
Hopefully I can get this question answered about the destroyer ROM....... How do I add the big awesome clock with the weather to the home screen!? I feel like a tard because I cannot figure out such a simple thing but I cannot find it anywhere!
If someone knows please fill me in!
Thanks a lot

Haha, you are not supposed to post questions in the development forum. Cool that they are blocking new users from doing that.

Download and install beautiful widgets, that will do what you want. Weather animations and everything.
You might want to check to see if the rom already comes with the htc clock. Long press on the home screen to add a widget.

Will that be the clock widget that he shows in his screen shots of the ROM?

fancy widget app from the market also has a digital clock u could use for that rom
Ya I was looking at that one too. I just REALLY want the one in his screen shots. Goes really well with the themes

Does anyone else have problems with the 'slide finger on status bar to change brightness' not working in cm7?
Thanks

You're not alone. I like that CM7 has that feature, but sometimes it's very buggy I guess. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does.
I have never been able to get this to work, and I have even increased the LCD density to ridiculous levels just to have a larger bar to swipe on.

OK, at least I know it's not just me. I even tried tuning off status bar dead area thinking it might be that.
Any alternatives for changing brightness on the fly?

yeah, the status bar brightness doesn't really work vary well for me ether. I had to add a brightness toggle power widget to the notification bar. brightness mode at auto / dim / 25% /50% / 75% / 100%
There's a really great app developed specifically for CM7 on the Nook called RecentPlus over in the themes and apps forum. It replaces your long press home with a recent apps dialog that contains recent apps, plus brightness and volume sliders.
Recent plus fits the job rather nicely, thanks for the suggestion.
Wish is defaulted to brightness slider instead of volume, or remembered your last choice... But now I'm nit picking.

Hit the settings button once you're in the app and those options are available

I am using current widget and setcpu and no matter how many of the settings I change Neither of them show the current current or processor speed. Am I missing something?

But youre using the widget for current widget? On one of your home screens? Try to tab on the widget it will toggle between mva and percentage I believe

I don't think that's his problem. If I am not mistaken, the widget is not refreshing and is constantly showing him 0mA. My friend had this problem in his Sensation when I asked him to check his battery drain so I could compare mine to a native Android phone. @ The OP, have you tried manually refreshing the widget (if this is your problem) by the update now button?
EDIT: Oh, OK, so it was his problem My bad.
Man I feel like an a$$ I didn't know they had added that option and since I was using the clear widget it didn't have the arrows so I never saw them. And for some reason after a restart the setcpu is working again. Thank you all for the help I will now go face palm myself!

Just curious..I have been searching for reviews and screenshots but I cannot seem to find it. Does anyone know or seen any screenshots to determine if the N10 has a brightness slider by default?
Thanks!
I'm sure it will be no problem to add one later.
No brightness slider in stock android. However it must be easy to add one using an app or a mod.

Quick settings. Brightness is a slider.
