have you flashed a DJ05 ROM? Sounds like you haven't. You definitely need to have one if you are going to be using the DJ05 firmware.
I have flashed two roms the in in the instructions for going to dj05 and super clean dj05 both with same results

[Q] Restoring nandroids after flashing EB01 modem?

If one flashes the EB01 modem and then flashes whatever EB01 ROM, can they then restore a nandroid that was created on the stock Eclair DL09 setup? thanks
Not sure about DL09, but I restored a DL30 nandroid just a few minutes ago after going to EB01. The DL30 works just fine on the EB01 modem.

[Q] upgrading modem question

I have CM7 running EH17 modem... should i be able to do the boot to BML CWM from SD-Card and flash the "modem_delta_EI22_to_EL30.zip" or would the best way be just to give up and odin stock, and go that way?

As the modem delta states... ei22 to el30... not eh17 to el30... easy way is to odin the ec05 modem (modem only) and then flash the ec05 to el30 modem delta zip.... no need to odin back to stock... you only need to odin the modem... don't have time to seatch and find the link for you but I'm sure someone will... if yu can't find the ec05 to el30 just do the ec05 to ei22. And then the ei22 to el30... hope this helps...

The links to the eco5 to el30 modem flashable is in my thread above this one, or now below after I post this.

So I can just odin the modem and the MTD won't be effected

Correct... just odining the modem only touches the modem and not the partitions on the phone...

After you Odin the EC05 modem follow the rest of the instructions here:

MF9 help.

See picture. Currently still on stock rom rooted, ktoonsez kernel, and still on mdc.
What will be the steps to update to mf9? Can I just flash the firmware and call it a day or are there extra steps?

So you're saying that if I flash that file by noobnl to my phone using Odin, once that's done I can just flash ANY custom rooted MF9 rom using TWRP and I'm set?

Perfecto.. so now when I flash the rom. It says no data wipe. Meaning all my apps and personal settings are still there? Also will it affect the kernel?

I would back up your data to be safe and it's always good to do a clean flash with a new rom. Most roms come with a kernel.... FYI, if your WiFi does not work after flashing a Rom, just flash another kernel. Most times that fixes it.

So I just flashed the mf9 rom and it went smooth except for I lost ktweaker app to adjust ktoonsez kernel. Running choppy and such. Going to flash his newest updated kernel. Im still on an older version.

help choosing rom

I need help with a rom that doesnt keep rebooting randomly. and the wifi works any suggestion
The touch wiz roms tend to be more stable. Look at triforce or intrinsic or negalite
Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk 4
Check the threads of the rom you want specially tw roms. All of them are good. And for WiFi issues have been resolved just flash a different kernel. If you want stock kernel then re-flash stock kernel

I personally use free gs4 Rom by team sonic. Is pretty stable and is nearly close to stock!

I'm on TriForce with ktoonsez kernel with zero problems for quite awhile now. Love this Rom.

Definitely a personal preference kind of thing. I am using TriForce 3.1 with AGAT kernel. No issues here. I usually flash roms every so often, but I've been using this one for some time now & gotta say I love it Also looking forward to Hyperdrive.
I am using Sacs Custom v5 with Ktoonz kernal and have neither of the issues you do OP.
