270 degrees rotation (yes I'm left-handed) and app2sd (legend internal memory...)

Restoration of the SMS view as it was when I bought this phone. Makes me mad to browse to the bottom of the messages, when I receive SMS from someone I text a lot.

Yea but somehow I feel that it is not working 100%. But seriously, flash. Its a neat feature that we're missing. Too bad eh?

Well, as I'm already using the Azure rom, I already have the 2 features I wanted most... putting apps on the sd card and the rotation, as already said. Except the rom allows a full 360 degree.
But the apps 2 sd was a big one since the Legend ran out of space after only a few app installs.

App2sd is a must feature and live wallpapers, faster processing, wifi hot spot capability, full flash support, lesser battery consumption.

Anyway what's the point of this thread. It does not bring FROYO closer to us.

Is it possible to flash Gummy Jar's rotary lock screen on a stock, rooted DX?

Flash the ROM, or just get the widgetlocker app, it has the rotary option.

Evidently, Widgetlocker isn't too highly thought of right now judging the reviews in the market. Not something I want to pay for.

That's news to me, it is very widely used and well worth the money as it is really your only option.

Yes, widgetlocker is quite amazing, if I do say so myself! In answer to your original question though... No you can't pull the rotary lockscreen out of GummyJar. I asked Kejar about this, and he said it was not possible...

The guy who made (and still works on) Widgetlocker is an active member on a bunch of forums (I think including here) so maybe poke around and PM him, or just email him. I am sure he would be happy to help.

Well thank me, there is a small button for that exact purpose.

I have a question... there are two possibilities 1. for "normal" and 2. for small one.
"XRECOVERY VERSION
Retail Arc Timescape Normal version (also compatibile with Wolfbreaks rom) (Installer) (Uninstaller)
Retail Arc Timescape LDPIv1 for LDPI/smaller screens download (Installer) (Uninstaller)"
which one is the right for x8 ?
Is the first one just for X10 and the 2. for X8/ mini /pro ?

Looks like neither work, couldn't someone rip it from stock rom

I could, but what's the point? It needs porting anyway.

As far as I know the LDPI version is for our handset, but there might be some incompatibilities since this is indeed a ported app.

You made my day I'm telling you that the apks from the stock ROM will be crushing on custom ROMs if you don't port them correctly and you say I'm slowing progress... what progress, are you eager to port those apks? If so, I can rip them and send you a package, just say a word...

Sure? i use it, and it function well, sms, facebook, twitter, all, it only sees a little pixeled.

Isn't the font a bit too big? does the text fit the tiles?

Both of them are not perfect. LDPI version the font is too big. Normal version the font is pixelate hardly can read. But for me it's not problem at all since I use timescape only for updating status on FB & Twitter
Oh, I use it on froyobread ROM and it works flawlessly no error at all

[Q] Elite Sense Battery Icon

Just installed Elite Sense V2.6 (unthemed) and its running beautifully. Unfortunately I thought it would include the circular battery icon in the screenshots (Rom thread link)
Should I have installed the themed version or is there a way to update that icon?

Ya should all try it, the UOT allows heavy changes to the rom, and nice customization for anyone. Beats theming roms yourself.

No, not mine, and it's indeed a great site. And the only thing he needs to do to mod the ROM is take 2-3 files out of it - and decide what mods he likes.

Try ubuntu lockscreen or holo locker!

why you dont try cm7, it almost stable now, it has music control in lockscreen,

Since our Device is not fully opensourced, we cannot have it in stock rom, one will have to spend MUCH time on it in understanding smali code
