Has anyone managed to get it working on the Epic? I tried flashing a few but everything I have tried sends my phone into a boot loop.
music app included in DK28 seems to have a nice enough equalizer built in if that's what you're looking for

I have mytouch 1.2 and flashed CM 5.0.7 and noticed when somebody called me I couldn't hear them, except on speaker phone. I tried everything, wiped out factory reset and audio wouldn't work. I went to the experimental 5.0.8 and audio still not working, unless I'm on speaker phone.
So I booted up in Amon's recovery and wiped everything out again and then put in the fender rooted image and thought that would work, but still no audio and speaker wasn't even working.
So I'm back to 5.0.8 that only calls with speaker work and nothing else seems to work. I tried youtube just now and no audio as well.
No clue on what to try next? Oh I did try a MT3G1.2 audio driver that was posted with CM 5.0.7 and nothing changed.

Update
Started from step one before loading ROMS and redid everything and now audio is working.
I apologize if this has been answered already.
Ever since we got 2.2, my Fascinate has not once been able to play flash video properly. What will happen is everytime, I mean everytime, I play a flash video from any site, the video will play fine but the audio will be on super slow-mo, lliiiiiiikkkkkkkkkkeeeeeeee tttttthhhhhhiiiiiissssssss, and will thus make the video unwatchable. I figured that it was just a result of running DL30 when that first came out but now that we are on EB01 I am perplexed as to why I am still experiencing this issue. I have done complete wipes, uninstalled, reinstalled, tried stock browser/dolphin, and I am at my wits end. Does anyone know a fix?
I am running Stock Themed EB01 with JT's EB01 voodo kernel.

Hi,
After getting my Samsung Epic 4G last year, I had rooted, wiped and installed Epic Experience - Version 1.2.09 [11/22] - Eclair (DI18). All was well !!
Yesterday I decided to try Epic Experience - Version 2.0.08 [03/05] - Froyo (EB13) and followed the necessary steps to change file system. I used Odin with CWD3 to do this. After installation I noticed that the youtube app would open and display videos but none of the youtube videos would play (kept getting a "this video cannot be played, touch to retry" error for any video that I tried to play. It worked fine on wifi but not on 3G. I then noticed that the Bluetooth would not turn on. Everytime I clicked on it, it would say turning on and go back to the off status after about 15 seconds.
Confused I decided to go back to wipe, go back to stock with Odin and go back to Android 2.1 - i.e. Epic Experience - Version 1.2.09 - here also faced the same issues with Bluetooth and youtube.
Went back to stock through Odin and everything is working fabulously.
Tried Epic Experience Roms v1 and v2, tried Nebula roms, tried Syndicate Rom, and finally tried Viper Rom v2 with the correct procedure and wiping between each. Noticed that with ANY custom rom I cannot get Youtube videos to play or Bluetooth to turn on. It works absolutely fine with stock Sprint Rom ONLY.
Even formatted the SD Card.
Does anyone have any suggestions ?? I am at my wits end.
Could this be linked to rooting to CWD3 ??

Hi all,
I'm currently using the PAC rom on my Nexus 4 and loving. One thing I was wondering though...
I was looking to enable boot audio so that I could have something play alongside a custom boot screen that I have created.
I have tried BAC and installed the MP3 binaries and done it that way but that doesn't seem to work for some reason as it doesn't play during boot, and no the device is not muted.
I have searched through Google but I don't seem to have found any solutions... does anybody know of any way to enable this?
Thank you.
After installing CyanogenMod 11 my phone worked great. Had better battery life. Performed faster. But then I wanted lollipop so I installed the Google play ROM since the bell s4 ROM wasn't out yet then finally went to liquidsmooth where I started encountering video playback problems on online content but all other sound worked fine. I tried going back to the stock ram then the USB cord broke halfway through and put my phone into a weird recovery mode that said use kies. Finally I put it into download mode and flashed it with another USB. I never tested audio but the WiFi wouldn't turn on so I tried flashing modem files only for it not to work. Finally I went back to CyanogenMod 11 but the dialer crashes when I try to call. The music crashes when I try to play it. YouTube videos won't load nor will Facebook. My phone is a mess.
(BTW my phone had a little android dude on the ground with his stomach open and a little red triangle with an exclamation mark in it when booted into recovery. Idk if that means anything)
Please help, how do I fix my phone?
Do you ever wipe before flashing?
