Notes:
- Hardware keyboard is reportedly working on Touch Pro/HD but is buggy on Xperia and a few others.
- If you're upgrading from build 2XXX or 19XX,I suggest using this cab over the upgrade version (which just replaces the two Opera exes) as this build contains new features like Vibration and Strength Clicks, which needs the supporting registry entries to work properly. There are also a few minor changes in Opera.ini and other files. Also, a few SD version cabs posted here of earlier builds are buggy (incorrect paths of a few files/registries) so I recommend installing this version for a complete (cooking bugs free) experience.
- As always, please backup your existing Opera/device before installing.
- Tested on WM5 QVGA PPC. (200MHz, 42 MB)
A few interesting tweaks:
- To prevent Opera from continuing to run in the background even after you close it, change the value of this key:

1) Flash Support?
Flash isn't working. I've yet to fully try out all tricks though, but don't expect a Flash build anytime soon.​
2) Uninstall old version?
Not necessary. The installer should automatically remove any older builds.​
3) Improvements in this build since 2808?
Better Performance (Reported, not measured)
Vibration Support (Not tested)
Strength Clicks (Double taps? Pressure taps? Not sure about this one.)

5) Help! Opera's not installing / starting
Before installing, terminate Opera9.exe using a process manager such as in SKTools
A softreset before and after installing helps
Uninstall all existing versions, delete Opera files from \Application Data\, \Windows\, \Program Files\ and run a registry cleaner
If your device has less memory, softreset, then exit all background apps and thirdparty processes (MobileShell/Winterface/etc), compact memory heaps and try launching
Some devices may report an unsucessfull install, but try launching Opera and check if the new version was installed

Just one question,please? I've read a couple of times that Flash doesn't quite work with this version. Does Flash work in this cab (this particular build which installs in the SD Card)?

Looked good overall. I could not understand one thing... why most of these roms display bigger fonts and have too much spacing in between two lines.
I understand windows 6.5 is more finger friendly. But its big everywhere. even where not required. Can this be controlled?
I noticed one thing about this rom.... Ringer volume is lowered down than before.

how is battery performance?

The Battery life is good after 2 days used, more than 1 and haft day with normal use. Best ROM ever of lecamtram series

Did not work for my touch viva. Hangs lot of times. Apps did not start well.
e.g. settings > today did not even start, and hanged up the phone.

I did hard reset after installed D22 version at the first time. It still work well until now.

How to flash the nbh file (this only guides you to flash nbh not unlocking ur device (hspl)
Here is a short method.
1. Download this Installation package (295 kb). here
2. Extract the above downloaded package anywhere on pc (say desktop)
3. Copy the downloaded nbh to the extracted folder. (Here the extracted folder name is Installation package)
4. Double click on ROMUpdateUtility.exe
5. Follow the onscreen instructions.
Thats it!

why u didnt intrgrate m2d in this rom??

i found few bugs. thes a prob with bluetooth, when i open blutooth manager and chng default blutooth shared folder it doesnt change and hangs on that screen. also after that comm manager seems to stop working.
when i change default calender view to monthly view, it still pops up in weekly view even after i changed from tools options and saved it.

The drag and drop is not possible for the moment I try to add in the next version!
For signing with other I don't know the application use signapk.jar with privatekey.pk8 and publickey.x509.pem so if you want to use another keys just replace the two key file and rename it with the same name (privatekey.pk8 and publickey.x509.pem)

is this supported to sign ROM?
i use this to sign CM7.0.0 ROM after i remove some media files (notification/ringtone) and install to HTC Desire, all is good, but whenever i try to flash UOT theme zip, my phone stuck at static boot screen.
is there anything about signing will cause this problem? or the problem is about something else?

Apk was signed (not yet tested), but same error when trying to sign a zip file

Hello! I have built a little windows app that allows you to easily create flashable zips. (tested on Nexus 5 (android 4.4) and Samsung galaxy S i9000 (android 4.3))
INTRODUCTION:
This program allows you to create flashable zips. Basically the program just creates directories needed
for flashable zip and place edited updater-script and selected apk or zip to right folder.
Then these folders are zipped with DotNetZip library. And voilà zip is ready to be flashed.
To use signing, make sure you have Java installed on your compuer.

@OrglCe, you might need to consider include 'Microsoft.VisualBasic.PowerPacks.Vs.dll' in your zip package, of cause, under same path with Ionic.Zip.dll.
EDIT: Logo expanded too much here.

What would be greater is that the support of kernel flashing, i.e. boot.img files.

I want to edit some system files (e.g. build.prop) using my own scripts, do I have to choose the "flash system app" option? My problem is to find the right update-binaries files, the ones from working zips failed and I have no idea about creating my own.
I wish there would be some equivalent tools for linux...

The "flash system app" option is only for flashing system apps. You can't use it to flash build.prop or any other system file.
But I will try make that option in the future releases.

After few tries, I've fixed application deployer from SDK 8.1 to sideload xaps with all "restricted" capabilities in the manifest
(he-he, just curious why nobody did it before?)
1) Backup original deployer "AppDeploy.exe" and "Microsoft.Phone.Tools.Deploy.dll" from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Windows Phone\v8.1\Tools\AppDeploy" first!
2) Unpack attachment and replace files.
3) Enjoy!
I've tested modified deployer on WPTweaker and WPH Tweak apps, works perfectly.
Cons: I was lazy to add original localization so modified deployer has only English lang.
P.S. Of course to be able sideload apps with "restricted" capabilities your handset must be interop-unlocked

@megasounds, do you have a handset with all capabilities unlocked? You may compare error message from the original 8.1 deployer and modified, messages are different. In case of modified deployer, the error message came directly from phone or (maybe, I'm not sure) from Microsoft.SmartDevice.Connectivity namespace.

Kinda strange 'cause I've tested on my xap downloaded from xda thread (for the test purity).
P.S. BTW, could you try to sideload other "interop-only" apps? (except @GoodDayToDie's WebAccess_AllCapabilities - I don't know how to sideload that app to the handset with "usual interop", not a "sammy" with the custom bits)

That's about half my fault and half Microsoft's; the AllCapabilities version of the webserver includes *all* the capabilities that were usable by a third-party app in 8.0 (even if they aren't necessarily used for anything). Microosft removed some of those in 8.1. This results in trying to install an app that requires capabilities which the OS doesn't even understand.
Workaround is to remove capabilities from the app's manifest until it installs. Alternatively, use the normal-caps version (or another registry browser) to see all the available capabilities - they're under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SecurityManager\Capabilities) - and remove the ones in the app's manifest that aren't supported.
I'm really sorry for not updating the app in so bloody long. I got stuck on some really huge set of changes for it that aren't working right yet, and then I got swept up in another project altogether, and that + life generally being busy (travel, girlfriend, day job, you know the drill) has meant I've been neglecting that app. I need to switch back to the stable branch, fix the capabilities, and release a trivial update. I'll try to do that as soon as possible (but my dev PC is temporarily dead, so I'll need to use my laptop, and I've got plans with friends tonight... again, you get the idea). Sorry again.

I've changed slightly AppDeploy (forgot to add app icon in the initial post ); also added decompiled sources (in case someone want to improve/add own localization - but my 2¢ - don't waste you time )

Hmm, I thought WindowsPhoneReservedAppInfo.xml is just for WinRuntime apps, not Silverlight...

could anyone post not modified files here ?
today I am not able to sideload and debug any apps . and I can't remember where were my backed up files

I don't know why but I get Error - the specified module could not be found !

any app .
I am working on a new app when app has an error in mainfest or etc. it tells the error but It can't find module to install xap / appx or any other type of apps
