Another wm6 for feeler

Hi,everyone. I present a new wm6 rom for feeler.
1. Rebuilt from M$ dogfood build packages, didnt modify anything with rgucomp
2. Added Total Commander,CeleTask, Tao 10, STK, USSD, T9 (tegic) russian and english
3. Removed Catalog, ApproveUpdate, AutoUpdate,Sqm,Sql server mobile, WinLive (you can find a cab or make one), Office (there are cabs with office for wm5 ripped from new builds floating)
4. Coredll 5.2.1235 (well, i am going to port a newer build later), changed compression of imgfs to LZX (os image is 27 mb, you can flash with old wm5 spl or with new from wm6, if you use new spl, type in mtty before loading rom)

format FATFS
you should now have more storage
5. Camera works with pictures and videos, if you push camera button, it opens pictures and videos
6. Removed HTC debug apps (except Registry Editor)
7. fixed imgfs, no module overlaps))
8. Removed hd.dll, osaxst0.dll, relfsd.dll from XIP - boots faster, freed several KB of ram
9. Security Policy - Security Off - no confirmations on cab and exe launch
10. Added lots of htc and wm6 sdk test certificates
11. cabs don`t get removed after installation

Edit: oh, i forgot to add total commander shortcut and it seems camera key doesnt open pictures and videos, if any shortcuts are missing - find them in \windows dir and add manually - seems to be a bug of the build 15341

is it compatible with Typhoon i mean can i use it with my SP3

I tried on my SP3, it works like a charm

it works also on amadeus but the player buttons don't work... for other languages you can use the wm5 langpacks of ronswens!!!
EDIT: no camera-app, no mms AND sms and it runs slowlier than wm5... it's a pity...

Many thanks for this new ROM. Most important question: how stable is it? The WM6 ROM in the 'WM6 for Feeler' thread (originally created by a person with nick name squllcx) is very unstable, hence pretty much useless.

is this for xphone2? sorry for not recognizing the generic name anyway, its fully working? e.g. joystick, performance and multimedia issues?
This is Fully English right or partially English?

wm5 spl is the same as wm6 you flash you phone with mtty l c:\\wm6.bin

Use WinRar to extract the files rename the extracted file (os.bin) to wm6.bin and use mtty to flash on your phone

Only thing...is the camera button does not do anything.
But i'm not that big on the camera so its not a big deal.

yes, you can flash your amadeus but you can't use your playerkeys. in mtty you can select your flashdevice and your keyboard, but i don't try it. use the help in mtty...

If I could just find my bl**dy USB cable then I'd give it a blast!

it works just great!! The only problem is that the camera button doesn't do anything, you have to access the camera via the pictures icon on the start menuand the camera doesn't look as great as before... but still usable, this is not a problem for me because I just don't use the camera.
No office, no windows live messenger... doesn't matter because I have the cab files
Smartsnes, the super nintendo emulator doesn't work properly if installed.
Another issue... when the screen goes all black becaue of inactivity, they only key able to bring the backlight on is the red button to hang up the calls.
Somebody said that you can install the ronswens WM5 language packs, DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!! It will mess up your WM6.
If you guys know a solution for the camera button (and if you have a better camera software) I would appreciate if you can post it here.

Op... I lie...
I shut the phone down and booted it up again and it did the 3 min wait and then no service thing again.
Had this same problem with another ROM as well.
It can still see the network, but for some reasion it thinks it's no longer connected. It's strange given that it was connected just fine before I re booted it.....
Any suggestions anyone?

Is this only good for youtube as stated from the readme file?
Because if your answer is YES, then there is a better version of Opera and just Flash 3.1 CAB file that is only needed for youtube to work.

Flash lite doesnt have a flash.dll file, only these:

- flashResource.dll
- flashsnddec.dll

Does this works with WM6.5 ? I installed it and soft reset but nothing was changed.
EDIT: Now I can't delete it. It says "another process has locked a portion of the file". Any idea how I remove it?

I tested it and it works with 6.1 for sure.
I know to some people this is not important but i love that i can see the exact percentage of battery left.

-look file properties: check read only/hidden/system file and uncheck archive
-place file in windows folder

If you are using CUSTOM ROM and it doesn't work you can upload battery.dll here, also with battdrvr.dll. I'll take a look.
If you CAN'T DELETE driver you must just RENAME it and make soft reset.

Try to use for overwriting Resco File Explorer or something else. Standart explorer does not allow to change ROM files.

You must also change phcanoverbmp.dll by one that can display 1%

Vox Rose Kitchen v2.0
I present to you my new Vox Rose Kitchen v2.0.

It now supports the Vox and the Rose.
The downloads here will be Rose specific only.

For all things you can do with the kitchen, please look at the thumbnail!
Requirements:
dotNET Framework (at least 2.0)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable
Windows XP or higher is recommended (SplashMaker doesn't work under 64-bit operating systems)
Kitchen has to be located like this: %systemdrive%\Vox Rose Kitchen\... -- So in the "Vox Rose Kitchen"-folder should be the exe and all the folders (OEM,SYS,ROM,TOOLS)!
Downloads:
The download comes in two parts!
First is the TOOLS folder and the "Vox Kitchen.exe".
The second part are the ROM, SYS and OEM folders.
General Downloads (always needed):
Download exe, bat and TOOLS folder
just click on install and it will unpack it to your system drive\Vox Rose Kitchen
Downloads for WM 6.1 (20282.1.3.6):
Download OEM folder, SYS folder and the ROM folder.
Downloads for WM 6.5
Download OEM folder, SYS folder and the ROM folder. (please add this XIP.bin to the ROM folder)

The Building Process
Fire up "Vox Rose Kitchen.exe" in the normal kitchen folder ("C:\Vox Rose Kitchen") and go to the build tab. It'll look like this:

The first step is to start G'Reloc and check if the values are right for the Rose (look at the picture) and click on "Do it"!
If you are cooking with WM 6.5 you might get errors, because G'Reloc isn't ready for Wm 6.5. In this case you click OK and then "Do it!" again and it'll tell you which module is producing the error. You can now either go to that folder and use Unlocker to unlock the "tmp"-file and delete it and then click "Do it!" again to keep going or you use recmod to make a file out of the module (better if you are cooking more then once). I recommend the recmod path it's easier and faster once you've eliminated all "bad" modules!
The WM 6.5 package I supply has all modules already fixed, so you don't need to worry (once it's done )!
When G'Rleoc is done (it might look like it hangs and then unexpectedly is done), you can close it and continue on with BuildOS. Here you can choose what to include and what not to include (only OEM packages, if you don't want certain languages (all the xxx_LANG_0XXX folders) or SYS packages you'll have to delete them manually! Please do not remove the package I have marked in the picture, unless you are re-integrating customer service (but why would you ).
Click on the green play button once you have selected everything you want! It'll say done at the bottom once it's done!
When it's done you can close it and click on "Create Rose ROM".
This will automatically insert a xip into the new ROM if there is one present in the ROM folder (xip.bin). You don't need a new XIP for 6.1 and I supply one with my WM 6.5 package (you know...once it's done ). So basically you don't have to worry about XIPs.

The cmd window will do everything on it's own and it's done when the window closes itself. You now have a OS-new.nb in the temp folder.
Now open then "Start HTC ROM Tool" and click on "Build!":
Under "Device" choose Diamond and change the "ModelID" to ROSE1000.
Change the "Version" to what ever you want and leave the rest alone.
Then select a OS and choose the OS-new.nb in the temp folder.
Then click on "Build" and save the ROM in TOOLS\RoseFLASH and you are done with cooking!

I am wondering whether this application allows the flashing of all the updates inside a package besides the operating system.
In my case, I do not want to reflash the operating system part and lose all my data - but I would like to do an update for the radio rom (and there's a radiocust too, can you tell me, what it is?)
For some reason, I can not select Task 28 or Task 32, both select boxes are grayed out.
How can I prevent a Task 28 from happening?

I've tried to use this tool, but an error stops me always...
My computer (and the program) cannot recognize my phone, and on my phone, there is no "USB" sign. There is no connection between my phone and the progam. I tried few cables, few USB-ports (I have two ), but nothing at all, it have to be a driver problem. I have a Mozart and a Windows 7 running on a MacBook Air (separately with BootCamp, not virtually).
Can you please help me, where can I get the necessary drivers from?
I've tried all the advices I found on Google, but it didn't help.

please install drivers first (download WINDOWS MOBILE DEVICE CENTER FOR WIN7).

I already tried everything, it just not recognizes my phone.
The WMDC says: no connection, if I try to download the drivers through Windows Update, it is not successful...that is why I want to ask somebody kindly to zip me those drivers if it's possible...thank you

You should put your phone in bootloader mode... While shuting down keep Vol down pressed until you see tricolor screen

Okay, thank you for trying to help me, but I'm not a newbie, I red all the related posts, did all the advices... I was rooting and customizing Android devices before so believe me, I can put my phone into SPL mode...I just need that drivers...maybe I try on another computer, I have a clue that the problem is the 64-bit OS...
