Just saw video of Sense running on Galaxy S

Hey guys someone posted a video of sense running on the galaxy S. Looks good.... a few bugs. But it does look sloooow!
But its a good sign of what's to come.

Yeah, a bloated and slow UI bogging down my fast phone.

No i wouldnt use Sense either....if it was slow. Alot of people LOVE sense. I love the useability and friendlyness!!!
Chopper I know you hate sense. But I need eye candy man!
There are about 15 good devs working on getting The NEW sense UI on to ALL Galaxy S phones.
Its a Good option. Isnt that what Android is about? Options???

I cannot believe the EVO is in fourth with the kind of developlement it has in the XDA community.

Awesome HD2 Android vs WP7 Cake

Just wanted to share this cake with you. My wife made it for me on my birthday the other day.
We both have HD2 but I installed Android on hers as soon as she got it so she thinks that it comes with Android. That's why the droid is all like "what? WP7?... where's Android???"
Anyway hope you like it. I was amazed!

Screen size alone is a no-no for me, no hdmi, annoying keyboard bulkyness, and no front cam. Have fun with your shift!

I still have a feeling the OG evo will get a GB update before the Shift. That alone makes it not worth it.

Why do you have interest in the shift?

My wife has a Shift. It's a very nice phone but no way in hell would I ever ditch my Evo for it.

My husband has the Shift. He'd rather have a keyboard than larger screen while I wanted the big screen.
In other words, it all depends on what you want. No need to put down the phone.

Well someone didn't want to wait, games would run smoother on the shift.

They had to add an F in the name for marketing reasons.

Personal choice...they are both great!

I had the shift and it sucks compared to the evo (wich i echanged the shift for ). The power button is way on the back of the screen and way to bulky crappy camera. Im so glad i exchanged it for the evo.

My wife got the shift. Not only does she constantly complain about the screen size being too small but I catch her using the on screen keyboard instead of the hardware keyboard all the goddamn time.

HTC and T-Mobile has confirmed ICS updates to all phone coming within 18 months launch date? doesnt it mean we all are poised to get and OTA of ICS on out T-mobile mytouch? whats ur take?

Did you watch the ICS video? Its not the prettiest UI but the functionality is pretty cool. I agree the market launcher is a little slow and buggy though

i'm pretty stoked about ICS. I think the CM team will do it justice.

IF the MT4G does get ICS, it'll be interesting to see what HTC does with Ice Cream Sense, and for that matter Espresso Ice Cream.
If you have seen screenshots for the HTC Jetstream or for the HTC Flyer HC ROM, you'll know what Honeycomb + Sense looks like. It really looks much more like stock HC than any previous Sense ROM, just with some stylized menus and redesigned touch buttons. Maybe this gives hope that ICSense will be much more subtle and otherwise have a stock feel to it.
And of course, you can expect ICSense to have a giant clock widget
