ok, there's a number of files that got overwritten by the itje's original version of Youtube cab, so I'm not sure if that's the cause. Let me package the original DLL files for you to try if that helps.
Otherwise, I'm afraid you may need to hard-reset

Flash player has been removed from Google Play, at least for everyone outside the uk.
Get it directly from Adobe: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html

Just scroll down until you find a list of links under "Android devices" title. Choose the one that corresponds to the Android version you have.
Seriously, you just have to scan the page looking for the correct version for you.
It's an apk file, open with a file manager such as ES Explorer and you should be fine.

You can use the latest as I do.
You just delete 1 file after you install it. Really easy.
Just search the xda forums and you will find the solution.
Is there a way to make our device Flash Compatible? Please answer.
You can install it.

I don't know. Try It, It may work.
You can also install a browser with flash support (Firefox, Boat Browser)
I recommend installing flash player and Opera Mobile Classic browser.
