secret menu --- HELP please

Can someone please help me out. I could not activate the secret menu by pressing *#197328640# and *#0# as well as *#0011# .

You need to flash an older gsm modem in order to enable service mode. Samsung blocked this service in newer modem

s4 9505 product code : not active - what does it mean ?
It it related with device problems (forgets wifi passwords, 4g connects but not working, etc) ?
i have the same problem!!!!!!it tell mi that in Phone INFO ★Samsung★ APK.

Thank you but some screenshots are still missing.
Can you:
1- Upload the remaining screenshots.
2- Open the menu 'Refurbishment Check' and upload this screenshot.
3- Upload a picture of the Back Sticker (behind the battery).
I need these info for further checking as your phone may be refurbished.

As you can see, the app says your phone is refurbished. It is due to the hardware has changed, so the product code also lost.

Basically, do you see the clock is missing from the system ui?
That means you did install something or did modify something in the phone.

Go to settings > more network > mobile network > network operators .. a list will appear after manual search is complete .. see if this number is present there ..

Please please please help guys... On map it shows my location but when I start navigation it shows searching for GPS...this only problem I have found now m just irritate ..please solve my problem or give me any idea... My model is 2014818 redmi 2 prime India

Root your device and look at modem files . Find imei file open at hex editor. Your imei change hex code. Find your imei file in your imei hex code. Change new imei hex code . Save file.
