After adding Cyanogen Mod 5.0 Beta to my Nexus One I noticed the Voice dial and Voice search do not work anymore.
Has anyone else had this problem?

First, I would like to say "THANKS" to the community for all their hard work here. Because of everybody's hard work. I was able to go from stock non root 2.1 eclair. To using superclean 2.6 w/voodoo kernel with tether fix. and add the Nitrodark theme v1.1. There are a lot of good write ups that help out us noobs a lot. Im so amazed by what my phone has now evolved in too. I cant stop customizing it now lol. So I just want to give everybody a real big "THANKS"
Secondly i have a issue that i cant seam to find a fix for. I have looked hard to find a fix but i haven't found one for the fascinate yet. The problem is with the dialer or more specify the lack of the Verizon voice mail app (blue tape looking icon). From my understanding. It was replaced by Google voice service. That's why the voice mail icon in lower left corner of the dialer goes to Google voice and not to Verizon voice. Does anybody have a fix or the files i need to replace Google voice with Verizon voice mail.
Also, i already looked in room manager and only found verizon visual voice mail and not the reg voice mail.
In the latest update for NitroDark (v2.0) There is a specific download for the Verizon voicemail dialer.

You can also just hold down the 1 key to get you my carrier voice mail. Pretty simple workaround

Does any 2.3.3 ROM out there have SIP calls working properly? I am on HyperDroid v12 and I can configure all the SIP settings properly, and I can start SIP calls and hear the ringing tone, but no sound in any direction after the callee picks up.
So, if SIP calls are working for your Gingerbread ROM, can you please let me know which ROM is it?

so i rooted and 085 and flashed RG1.6 which is super. lots of thanks still to all the guys who contribute to this place. really is a great place to learn.
i love the speed and battery life, so i was too happy to look that there are new settings like VOIP in this updated android version (CM build 39 i think this is still based on).
what can i do with that? can i replace the need for a google voice app and somehow get true voip calling now with google voice thru just the OS settings?
also, I have an incoming sipgate number. Would that be able to work with the voip settings built into royal ginger 1.6? If yes, then i dont need sipgate's beta apk dialer app? (or i dont need sipsimple or any other jazz like that to operate voip on my phone?)

I have a small problem : the tab "voice mail" is not showing up anymore on my phone app (google native), next to the contacts tab.
I don't get notifications either that someone left me a message (so I have a ton of messages on my voice mail).
I didn't do anything particular, and I checked that the good voicemail number was registered on my google phone settings.
PS : I'm running android stock 8.1 with latest Oreo Pixel 2 Mod.

I'm on latest oreo build, with stock app phone, and I can't see the voice mail tab. I don't even receive messages saying i have new voice mails.
