i searched a lot but cant find kinoma player for my xperia x2.anyone has it or where to download
well its here on the kinoma website...very easy to find
http://kinoma.com/play/
if youre asking for a "free" version then i dont think xda developers allows sharing of links to that type of thing....
if you dont have luck finding what youre looking for then i can highly recommend Conduits pocket player. one of the best media players around.

Does anyone know of any tweaks/ hacks/ xda-developers working on adding an auto-resume or a bookmarking option on top of Windows Media Player? Is this really hard to do? I'm surprised no one has worked on something like that yet.
Also, are there any free/ low resource-intensive media player applications that can play DRM-protected WMA files? My problem is a basic one: Conduits Pocket Player and some of the other "robust" media players are too much for me. They have more features than I ever use, and are way too resource-intensive for my little Wizard. I'm just trying to listen to audiobooks on my Wizard while working out, and hate having to locate my spot every time.
Thanks much for any help/ guidance/ suggestions.
Search for The Core Pocket Media Player. This is a very basic, yet powerful media player for PPC devices. But it doesn't have a bookmarking feature as you've described.
Hi All,
I have recently been getting an error message in Windows Mobile Media Player (Windows Media Player) on my XDA Mini S saying;
"No combination of intermediate filters could be found to make the connection"
And i cant seem to figure out why. I cannot play any videos or sound clips on my mobile, and i cannot find an alternative way to view video or sound files on my XDA.
Is there any chance anyone knows where i can download a new versionof Windows media player for my Windows mobile 5 device? or does anybody have any resolution for this?
Thanks for your time
I do not think there is a newer version to this problem but I was recently having trouble with WMP and I downloaded Pocket Player and have really liked it.
Doesn't seem to have that many bugs, has a today plugin (if wanted), is quite easy to use - maybe give it a try!
Where did you download Pocket Player from? and was it free etc... because i have searched on www.pocketgear.com and it is $19.99
To be honest, i really wasnt planning on paying for a Media player, however, if i cannot get the media player on my phone fixed, i will have no choice!
Thanks
Have you tried cold booting? Or TCPMP?
Yes PocketPlayer does cost you; I understand not wanting to pay for a media player especially since one that is supposed to work comes with the phone - i just couldn't deal with WMP.
Try TCPMC - its free and it may not have all the organizational features of WMP, but does play DivX files

you'd better try another media player such as RealOnePlayer (supports video and music) if you are interested you can try this...
I have only found links posts referring to media player. I have the hardest time getting it so play multiple mp3s on the fly. Is there a better program? Somthing like winamp?
Mort player . PocketMusic .
Awesome, THanks
S2P by A_C is really good too.
yea slide2play is the nicest gui of them all its jus like the iphone
I am using HHC and it loads up Windows Media player which is OK...I am not all that concerned about it being part of HHC... I want a MP3 player that can:
1. Enhance the sound of my MP3's...options like an equalizer to enhance the sound output
2. Able to allow me to find and play my MP3's by genre and the option to make playlist
That is really all for now....once I get that I will ask about some good headphones some are using with the Mogul...
So what programs do I need to be testing fam????

Of course S2P is great, I love it - but he was looking for playlist support and equalizer - S2P does not have these options. I would still try it anyways, for the cool factor. I use S2P, WMP, Mort Player, TCPMP and HTC Audio Manager. Each one is good in it's own way with their own features.
I'm using Conduit's Pocket Player 3.7 and it works well (it's not a free program but upgraded versions are). It's got the eq controls, bluetooth headset control functions, playlists, search by genre etc.
Hope that helps.
GSPlayer fits all my needs, has the built in EQ and WOW type effects. Freeware and skinnable.

Hello,
Since I've seen the Media Xperia Panel on the Xperia, I'm looking for a good alternative "finger friendly and eye-candy" media player.
I've tried CorePlayer an Pocket player, but in comparision with the Media Panel on the Xperia they fail in many ways.
Anyone working on a good alternative/stand-alone Media Panel port? Tried to install the Media Panel witch the Blackstone panel-interface, but that does'nt work.
Any ideas for this one?
Try Pocket Music.

try S2P http://ac-s2.com
I tried installing TCMP but got a crash message. Anyone know what's wrong?
If its the crash error you should check this post - it has the link to download the FIXED TCMP..

BTW the version v0.81 does not work with the new windows mobile.
There is only one player i like on WM which is Pocketplayer http://www.conduits.com/products/player/ not pocket music.
S2P would be good if it was smooth, but its impossible to accuratly select albums because its so jumpy.
media players
Coreplayer is solid as far as any others there is a bunch on this website www.freewarepocketpc.net
How about Nitrogen player? (http://code.google.com/p/microfi-nitrogen/)
