I'm wondering if someone knows if is it possible to have a "double" function on hardware button, similar to the VOICE RECORDER button.
It can be pressed or pressed & held doing different actions. Is it possible to have this behaviour also for the other hardware buttons?

Hi
does any1 out there know's a alternative to the ninewaypad? Because with this programm my "END CALL" button is already mapped and I see no way to end a call when having WM6 or WM5 installed. (No "End Call" function in the Calling Menu).
OR
does any1 know's how to remap the on/off button of ninewaypad?
(for me for example one of the play/pause or the T-Mobile button)
btw I have a SDA music
Any way to assign the trackball as a hardware "send" button?
Thanks.
Is it possible to disable the ignore call feature when you press the top unlock button or assign it to a different button?
The "Mute Ring" soft button on the incoming call screen was not working on my HD2.
It turned out to be that I was using PocketShield and had the "Block Hardware keys" enabled on the "Incoming Call" section of the "Phone" tab. Disabling this feature allowed the "Mute Ring" button to work.
Just though to mention this if anyone else is having this problem and are also using PocketShield.
It is because the Mute command on the HTC dialer is tied to a hardkey press event (volume key, it shouldn't but it is). So if you tell PS to block volume keys on incoming call those events will be blocked, the HTC Mute button will not make any effect.

Click to collapse
So there is no way to block the "Send" button from answering a call AND allow the "Mute" button to work?
Sure, at PocketShield Settings > Phone > Block hardware keys > +
any update?
