my HTC does not startup, it keeps freezing on withe HTC logo no more,
I did hard reset and its complete but the device rest again still freezing.
what should I do?
please
hi alisaher2000,
had the same issue with my german HD2. Just install new HSPL (Version 3 I think) and the device will reboot proper.
Hi, thanks for your advice, but my HTC doesn't start so, I can't upload any rom.
just hold down VOLUME DOWN button when turning your device on.
Your HD2 should go to usb mode like you know it from RUUUpdate Utility.
thank you very much, its work well.
realy thank you.

HTC HD2 Problems TMobile

I've currently installed the latest HSPL (2.08.HSPL) and it haven't fixed my issues.
Most of the time, my phone shuts down and powers up and it freezes or it vibrates 3 times and freezes. Some times it will turn on and freeze and infinite vibrating. Some times when I'm using Opera, it will just shutdown and freeze on boot.
It have to be the OS, but I just installed GingerBread 2.3.2_V7 but it still freezes and crashes.
Any help?
Thank you.
Try reinstall HSPL 2.08
Do it through bootloader mode/tri color screen remember
Then perform a task 29
Reinstall a radio for your TMOUS HD2, that is compatible with MAGLDR or HSPL.
Then install winmo or MAGLDR. Through tri color screen also.
Or it might be your sd card, Iunno, i've been reading some sd cards freeze the device. So you might as well format your sd card with panasonic formatter. Full format btw.

I think you downloaded and copied a sd Card build to your phone. If it was a NAND ROM you would not have thois problem, plus I just did a search on GingerBread 2.3.2_V7 in the Andriod section for the HD2 and it only pulled up a biuld called "PPC-SHIFTPDA GingerBread 2.3.2 V7 & Desire HD Sense Glass V2", and this is a sd card build. looks like a very nice one too. Click on the link to comfirm that this is correct ass it should take you to the thread on that build.
You can do two things, either try uninstalling the last couple of apps you have resently installed most recent to least recent. This might solve your problem as it might be an app causing the issue.
The other is to do a Hard Reset of your HD2. Now make sure to move anything you want to save like pictures, videos, documents, etc. to your sd card or back them up on a computer first. also use Mycrosoft My Phone or a comprabale app to back up your contacts, favorites, text messages, ect. Cause this will revert your HD2 to like it was fresh brand new fresh out the box. Any way my sugestion to you is to do a Hard Reset of your HD2. tTo do this cut your HD2 off. then hold down the volume up and down buttons and the power button at the same time until you see the tri color screen. once it comes upo press the volume up button and the your HD2 will reset to factory setting.
Now after you do the reset don't just try to reload all of your apps at once.I suggest you do a soft reset(turn phone off for 20 secounds and turn back on) after ever app you reinstall. Reinstalling all your apps at once can cause your HD2 to freeze up on the first reboot of the phone because it is overloaded with the task of making all the needed changes at once using up all of it's CPU resources. This sould resolve your issue.
I did a task 29 and installed WinMo
I still get the 7 vibrate thing on boot. I've found that it only does this when the phone is hot. Is this an error found in every HTC HD2 TMOUS model or is it just me?
Thank you

HD2 hangs!

Hi,
I've got and repaired HTC. because my old one had that back button problem.
Now I've got a new one. The normal 6.5 software is running OK on it without any hanging.
Then I've installed HardSPL and magldr on it. First I've had installed Windows Phone 7.5. The phone reboots sometimes (wich is normal because of the touch screen driver). But the strange thing is that it hangs sometimes before magldr(at the green HTC logo). Then I've installed an Android (rafpigna 1.8 jeahh oldtimer) rom. It was working better then WP7 but it hangs. It was working great on my old HD2.
Now I've flashed 6.5 back and it's working ok again without reboots and random hangs.
The phone isn't hot or something!
Does anyone know a fix for this?
Is it maybe because hardSPL was installed wrong?
Kevin.
What radio are you using?

I was using the newest one (2.15??) I've restored him to 6.5 and sending him back to HTC. (Again) I think there is short circuit or something...
Ok, tell me what HTC has said after your phone returns.

"dead" Tattoo - need solution

Dear friends, my HTC Tattoo is having a big problem with is start.
This happened when I tried to install, via market, the opera browser and noticed that the machine crashed. Every time I trie to start the phone, the android puppet appears, then the HTC logo and then the phone stays "frozen", not starting the operating system.
I also tried to recover the phone (which is root) through the usual key combination but doesn't give anything.
Is there any method to install the original android 1.6? I don't now if i can assume that the device is formatted but how do I put the original system (just the same as as it left the factory) back on?
Someone has an idea that might help? I really need help because I dare to stay with a expensive brick...
Thanks in advance, yuri
Sorry but i did not understand what's happening when press power+volume down: is recovery there? Hboot?nothing¿?

Dear
I think without rooted this is not possible. So root your tattoo & install the original rom again. I also installed many rom s like as gingerbread. froyo. cm7,joyOS but still i have original android 1.6 installed.
Try to flash official RUU if your PC sees your phone
