if anybody, please tell me...! thanks in advance..!
did you men themes like iPhone?
or iPHONE OS apply on JAMIN? lol
The real iOS can not be ported to Jamin.
In fact, to my knowledge it was not ported to any device, but if the possibility existed, the device would have to have hardware almost identical to the iPhone, so Jamin is out of the question.

the only true way is to go out and get an iphone a lot of good people here get very close to the look a likes it seems you may be better off just getting an iphone to save yourself a headache
No, you can't have an OS from a different machine on your device. Better off buying one!
I suppose buying it would be better but, Why put iphone OS on windows mobile... WM5 can copy the makeover of the iphone, but iphone cant....
Hi all,
I've been lurking about for a few weeks while I choose which phone to go for...
Anybody know if there is any true in the following video?

I seen android being ported to the X1 via this forum, but, the iphone os? Is that just a theme or is it really the iphone os?
thats just another winmo shell. iFonez or something like it.
I guess it's Throttle Launcher.
Ahhhh...nice one guys. Thought to myself...this is one mother fuucking phone if it could do all three haha!
Downloaded ifonz...will give it a bash sometime!
Hi all,
So I'm a happy owner of a windows mobile HTC Maple/Snap. This phone rocks and is holding its own as a great mix of functional and powerful design amidst the newer generations of Android and Windows phones. It can be a hotspot, a gps, feed me news and rock playing music. But - as the development of windows mobile has faded off I would like to get myself a similar phone that can run one of the new operating systems. Although I love the tinkering that I've done with it (thank you xda), I feel like I'm missing out on the app revolution.
I loathe the design and OS of a blackberry (I currently need to use a bold for work). Blackberries have cramped keyboards and have an OS that I think makes winmo 6.5 look hip.
Has anyone heard of another HTC or Android phone coming along as a successor to the Snap/Maple ? I really do want a nice keyboard but don't require a huge candybar touchscreen.
Looks like HTC heard my cries. The HTS status looks like a dignified follow up to the snap.
What do you guys think?

HTC chacha?? and htc salsa??
Hello! I was wondering if there is one developer interested in porting this ROM to our HTC HD2 device.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1284772
It seems the be the most complete Iphone-like ROM I've ever seem and it can be curious for some people that would like to mimic iOS interface.
I'd really appreciate it.
Regards,
P.S: I don't want to start a fight about which interface is better, or why people'd like to have their Android phone like an Iphone or comments like "if you like iOS interface... why you don't buy an Iphone?". I think that the strong point in Android is that we can choose everything, and this ROM is a new posibility for us.
Thanks for reading it.
Perhaps here?

HI guys,
Newb here, My dad has been using a samsung omnia gt I900 for some years, ive been trying to convrt him to android and now wondering in with all the advances if it is possible to put an android OS on a microsoft phone. I might regret asking this question but taught i would give it a go , as you developers are coming up with some amazing sh*t these days.
:good:
Nothing is impossible but the important factor is reality. I'm not an expert but I know when you port a new OS you need to write drivers and programs to control the underlying hardware. This is especially difficult if you are unrelated to the phone manufacturer.
So no you won't be able to change the phone to Android.
Remember everyone is different, especially across age groups. You should chat to your dad and find out what he likes and doesn't like about the Omnia. If he really likes certain things about Windows, have a look at upgrading him to a newer WP8 model; it has many more features and he'd get an upgrade to WP10 too. However maybe he would like testing out an Android or iPhone. Go to a phone store sometime with him
