[Q] How can I reorder menu items? - Windows Mobile

Hi all,
I use the Huashan In Call Recorder in my ROM, but when I am in a call and want to start recording, I have to scroll down to activate it. It is doable, but it would be easier to have "Start recording" at the top of the in-call menu...
How can I place an item there?
Thanks in advance!

Modding the SMS\MMS Screen

Does anyone know how I might be able to change the default lower toolbar buttons in the SMS\MMS screen? At present the options are "Delete" & "Menu" and I want the 'delete' to be replaced with 'New SMS', it seems daft to have a 3 stage process just to send a quick SMS. A new message menu would be an acceptable compromise but I'd prefer a direct link to an SMS since I use those the most by far.
Are there any registry mods that I can implement to do this?
I'm using the official 6.1 WWE rom by the way.
I use a program called WM5 New Menu and used M2DC to make my left soft key launch it from the today screen. Basically it allows me in one press to create new SMS, Appointment, Contact etc. Its quite configurable.
i know what he wants, and that's not it. isn't there some way to change it within the program?

Call history

Hello all,
you know that when you tap the button 'call history' in today screen you get back to windows mobile - which is not so finger friendly and not so good lookin either.
My question is this:
Where can i edit the action of that 'call history' button? i wish it to open a different application.
i tryed ssmapa but it cant do it.
i think i need to edit a registry key or a manila file somewhere but i just dont know which one.
oh, i know there is a tweak putting a call history tab - I don like it and i dont need any more tabs.
thank you.
I too would like to know. When I installed Icontact, and the black dialer, my phone goes into Icontact from Phone->contacts in the black dialer, but i would like it to go to Icontacts from call history on the today screen, that would be nice
The author of SSMaPa claims that the call history is too much integrated in the whole system and so it shouldn't be changed. On the other hand - there should be a way.
i think it should be a way. as it knows to open a ccertain app for call history, it can open another
as i said, i think it is a registry key or a manila file
please help
yes i am looking for this information too
anybody?

Click to collapse
You can find enhanced notifications over in the theme section. I suggest Max Manila themes.
To delete call history, the option is in the call history menu, select delete and you check all that you want to delete.
oh thanks that worked. just a little different had to figure out the new gui.

Hi parkarintl,
thereĀ“s a recorder on board
Open OneNote -> new -> menu -> scroll down to the last position. There you can embed sound recordings.

well if you open "notes" (not "onenote") go to options and on top you will find "show recording toolbar" click that and you will have the recording options
