remove battery or just reboot after a while

I noticed too!
i was happy with 1.6 all i wanted was a phone you could hear the person on the other end , even with 2.1 its exactly the same so back in the cupboard it goes i buy a phone to use and make calls and this phone cant even do the basic thing properly
i'm happy. Loads of pics on SD card and syncs made the 2.1 X10i laggy after the fw installation. Went to bed, had a good dream, left the phone work overnight. This morning it's super fast and smooth.
I am happy, but disappointed. There is still no proper support for the SE MW600 bluetooth headset.
loving the new update. finally feels like i got an up to date phone. lol but the only thing im not sure about is the fact that it lagged when the phone rebooted, i switched it off and turned it back on worked fine, one thing that affects the laggin is the temp of the phone i noticed it was like 45C. I have no problem with the market either

Haha good one, whats that like 5 hours
On topic however i never get more than 72 hours b4 the phone either the market stops working or the menus lag up a bit then i restart it and then it's all fine.
My phone is rooted, with no real mods yet...
i can get up to 10 days, advanced taks killer does its job sometimes market forcecloses but it instantly comes back and works perfect. 2.1 generic with oneclick

I reboot once every 4 to 5 hours, I think I have OCD... just reboot for the hell of it.
I got like 2 weeks once...LOL
with 1.6 over 40 Days
I have one trick, name "Fast Reboot" (Android Market App) helped with menus lag and others
with 2.1 no stats for now because of: JIT, Optimiser, 2.1 Custom rom etc
just a weekend xD
use a lot of apps so they drain my battery really fast and sometimes it kinda overheat
Record is 214 hours, by that time the phone was slow as hell..
But that's on 1.6, trying to beak the record on 2.1
How you get those numbers!!! I can't even pass the 30 hours barrier I got a x10a with x10i firmware and rooted no hardcore mods
Please put more tips or how you get over 200 hours
Thanks

They're not talking about battery life.
If you're using the phone normally, there shouldn't be a reason to reboot unless you feel like cleaning out the RAM and starting fresh or there's something that can't be forced closed. With my old phone, I'd go months without turning it off. No reason to.
Oh I get it
Thanks
Btw can't remember when was the last time I reboot
Sent from my X10i using Tapatalk
Currently my uptime on 2.1 is 329 hours (not needed to reboot it since the initial upgrade to 2.1, still running prett snappily !)
Most interesting is the battery life, currently 48.5 hours and still 29% of battery life !!!! And that is with GPS, 3G, Pop email and widgets all running plus just played a 30 minute session of Angry Birds !
on 277 now.
but I reckon its.time to think about loading a custom Rom tho.
let's support the hard work.
peace

Is it only me or do things take rather long to load? I just got my SNS an I'm noticing things are not to responsive at times I have to press back an reclick what I wanted then it loads fine, also I tried to get into Gmail an it said no network an I was on 3g with full bars, also with xda app I went to nexus s general forum an it just kept loading until I pressed back an clicked on it again...what's the deal here?
I'm coming from nexus one an hd2 running miui am things were buttery with both, I even got a force close already an I just used the phone for 2 hours
no issues here on mine.

No its not. I've never experienced any of those problems out of the box.
Sounds like you've got a poorly behaving app running and slowing things down. Grab an app called OS Monitor or similar and see if you can see anything running up the CPU.
My NS is the snappiest, most responsive phone I've owned to date; it's even better than my Galaxy S i9000 on Froyo.
Its gingerbread

Er could it be your screen's wet or fingers are wet? My x10 will have this problem if there's moist between your fingers and the screen.
Hmmmm ok, there is some logic in that, I'm field worker so always inside and outside speciay from 7 pm I'll try that (that i dont get it out from the pockets outside) maybe its water, hot and cold all the time from 6,7 pm tnx in advance

Hey guys I'm having this problem where the device randomly reboots and it happens randomly never on one specific app. It happens at least once a day some time up to 3. I could he answering a post or surfing the web or Facebook messaging and taking photo etc and the phone just reboots? I not sure what to think of it other then that it's a good phone. I have stock with root
Any advice would be good
Thanks in advice

Is anyone's Hangouts super laggy in the beginning when it's loading all the SMS's?
Whenever I close all my apps and start it up again, it takes like 5 seconds to load up. Maybe not too long, but obviously with the processor we have it should definitely be faster. Anybody suggest a fix if they have fixed it, or just somebody experiencing the same?
And by laggy, i mean it's just a white screen until the sms's are loaded, and then it's smooth as butter for me.
-Side note, My WIFI turns ON randomly even though I don't touch the phone.... odd.
You have to realize that no matter what kind of power you throw at it this phone is 3 version behind in android now. Optimization is the key thing here.
