I have a problem with my touch Diamond... the calibration of the screen is not working anymore...
I discovered this cz Everytime i open the Opera browser the screen is flipping alone... and when i open Teeter game the Ball is shaking and not moving and stuck in the up-left of the screen...
It is as if i am holding the mobile up side down...
I attached pics of the problems...
Anyone can help me with this? I tried all softwares to re-calibrate the screen but it did not work...

Hi everyone
i've installed the last release of ScummVM and i'm using it with monkey island 2 on my trinity.
The problems is that when i start the game, at the screen of the protection, where it asks to put in some numbers i haven't any keyboard to tap.
and the screen is not in landscape mode.
Can someone help me?

bro.. keyboard button is there, although ya cant see it. just tap in the middle and it should appear. should it doesnt, tap in the upper middle, lower middle, left or right middle ... it will popup.

tried on my X1..was working fine at first but after a softset the alignment go haywire...tried softset again but still same....had to use the dialpad to scholl to the built-in screen alignment to correct this....
any ideas??

skiping the screen calibration u have to do once?
installed it, it messed up my touch screen and that was it. didnt noticed anything else.
Yes pls dont use this program. It mess up my screen alignment. Thank god for hw button, I would have had to reflash my phone. Will you be working on one that work for the X1

When I have Opera open, and a rotate the unit so the picture is in landscape mode, the screen flickers, shuts down opera and returns to the touch flo mainscreen in portait..
I dont know why its doing this..
Anyone else have this problem, or has had it and has some information.

I think HTC had intentionally rotate back to portrait mode because TF3D does not support landscape mode.
try to install MobileMagic, enable Free Rotation then try rotating in the Program menu of WM, then u'll see if theres a Problem with Opera or the system itself. Maybe it works if the rotation is handled with Mobilemagic.

Have you installed any kind of topbar icons? That's the number 1 reason for Opera crashing with rotation. Try uninstalling the topbar and see if it helps.
Thats the fault, I had installed a new flashy topbar, which looked cool, but interferred with my ability to change rotation of programs.
I uninstalled the topbar, and it works fine.. Just gotta decide if I want a flashy topbar which looks lovely, or have the rotation back..
Decisions decisions.

Not at All! There are many top bars (color ones and flashy ones and everything in between) throughout these excellent HD forums which will not give you the rotation problem. Simply try again and soon enough you'll have the best of both worlds. (for me, out of about 7 different top bars only 2 had the rotation problem....maybe just one)

in hd i used to toggle between landscape and portrait from setting - system- screen then portriat or landscape,
in hd2 how can i do this?? this property is not availabel in setting.
pls can somebody tell how to rotate screen in this hd2?

hi ..ive got a similar issue .....the only shortcut that works with the accelerometer on my hd2 is the photo album ....the browser etc doesn’t respond the orientation of the handset ??.....any help would be most appreciated

Did you try to keep your screen upright (vertical) when turning te screen? This should at least solve the issue for a couple of programs like Opera in landscape.
Second, not all programs support a landscape mode. There are more discussions on this forum how to solve this issue. You could use the search to find them.

On Opera mine is only turning landscape on the left hand side (not on the right) weird...

need a little help. not sure what has happened or when for that matter
the rotate screen on htc album has gone a little wrong. when I rotate it goes upside-down instead of on its side
