I have a non sprint cdma hero 2.1 am running froyo cm6 everything works fine but mms i applied the fix and still no good. also tried to manually enter smsc but errors out. tried diffrent roms but same problem. im in need of help

I have a tmobile htc hd2 with hyperdroid 1.7. I recently upgraded from 1.6 to 1.7 and i initially noticed some instability in the gsm internet. Now it wont work at all. I have the apn set to epc.tmobile.com. It work in windows which also has it set to epc.tmobile.com. I also recently did the orientation fix from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=803242
I thought maybe that could have been the culpret but i copied the origional hyperdroid files (zimage, cifs.ko,tun.ko,bcm4329.ko) and it still didn't fix it. And honestly i cant remember if the internet work before i did the orientation fix or not.

Help Does any one have a updated rom besides damagecontrol? that rom is unstable now but i love it cus the mms and everything works no problem other roms work but no mms ..

I thought that mms was broke on a lot of other roms as well. But really its something borked on your phone. I searched and search for the answer to fix it but couldn't find one.
Damage 8.1 was the only rom that mms worked for me. Till yesterday.
I flashed an official rom then re rooted. Nandroid. Now mms works on all the roms that don't list it as a problem.

Edit. This might be the problem created long ago that is still messed up on your phone somehow.

I downloaded and installed the software on my HD2 but when the phone reboots it goes back to windows, how can I fix that problem plus my Wifi and MMS not working. Please need help thanks.
Your HD2 will aways reboot back into Windows as that 's what in the Rom. Android is being run off of your D card. You can download JMZ dual boot loader which will give you the option of starting windows or andriod
There are other boot loaders but this works for me

kernel version 2.6. I did get the MMS to work now I need the Wifi. WIfi comes on but keeps saying unable to scan.
so i just got this Trophy yesterday and i updated the firmware using the mango RUU posted here on XDA. I can't seem you to send MMS i have tried taking smaller rez pictures but they still say unable to send? There doesn't seem to be alot of settings options so I am not sure if there is anything i can tweak? I didn't try sending mms before i updated so I can't verifiy that it worked on the stock Trophy firmware.
I am new to WP7 and just want to check and see if there is something I am missing or did I mess my phone up by flashing that firmware here is where i got the firmware just so you know. and yes i got the verizon one.

it started working my signal was going wonky too so i had a buddy of mine push the "hybrid" prl back to my phone and seems fine now.
Well my Verizon trophy was able to update officially to mango through Zune . I have had no issues with MMS at all . Not even when I was on beta 2.. Strange , but maybe you should try getting on all official and try again .

I can't send mms on ics stunner 5.0. I don't know if it is a rom problem but it was working on GB. It has the default apn from my provider, i also try to put them manual but nothing. The internet is working. Any help please.
