This is it. Continuum v3 is here.
There are many things that I'm working on but this is what I'm able to give you right now. The ROM is stable and fast.
It was rebuild from scratch on JS7 base. All mods were implemented clean to the new framework and no files were modified than the ones that needed modifications for adding extra features.
The themed version comes with my beloved Sensation. I hope you'll like it.
I take, however, requests for other themes. I do not want foreign frameworks in my ROM!! They create problems including battery drain. So I will rebuild those themes on my framework.
This release focuses on battery life so a lot of parts have been tweaked to help achieve the best results
This version as well uses undervolting! If you know your phone doesnt like it or you wanna be safe, using 7zip, open the ROM,s zip, go to system/etc/init.d and remove S_volt_schedulerthan you may flash the ROM .

Installation instructions:
To exclude one cause of battery drain issues always flash this ROM with FULL BATTERY!
This will wipe your /system, /data, /dbdata, /cache.
STEP 0: BACKUP! BACKUP! BACKUP! Use nandroid and Titanium Backup
Pull out your SIM and external sdcard!
Return to stock <- This step is not mandatory. Make sure you have 3 buttons combo and flash over. If you have problems (battery drain, lags) return to stock.
Download the ROM
Flash from ClockworkMod recovery
Go back
Go to advanced SpeedMod ULK features
Reboot into Recovery
Go again to advanced SpeedMod ULK features

install this extension
restart firefox and click on the download link.The download dialog will appear, from the list of options, select DownThemAll! Chose a folder where you want to download and hit Start!
*Tip: for faster download, in Firefox go to Tools - DownThemAll Tools - Preferences - Advanced - Advanced download control and set Max. number of segments per download to 10 and hit OK.
This is a download accelerator so please do not try to use it with hosting sites like rapidshare and megaupload, it will not work. The only one I know it works is mediafire.
Instructions for making your own battery mod / custom icons set on UOT kitchen:
Extract framework-res.apk from the downloaded ROM (themed or unthemed, they will both work) or from the addons which are marked as UOT
Go to UOT kitchen
Chose what the type of battery you want. Play through the options and choose the one that suits you
If you chose SCB with %, Version Z, Custom type, colors, the next step is for customizing the types and colors. As well, is your choice.
If you chose SCB with %, Version [A-O](that O might change in the future) there will be a step to chose the type.
After this click next.
Now you will have an option to chose if you want to customize Icon types. This will change your notification icons, if you want to change them then select themed icons set, if not just click next.
Next step is to personalize the notification bar. You cannot use this function as the notification bar in Samsung ROMs is contained in twframework-res and UOT kitchen cannot process that file. So dont change any value and click next.
Now you may choose a custom boot animation. My ROM already comes with a custom bootanimation but if you wish to change it, I cannot stop you. So, if you want to change it, select from the dropdown menu /system/media/ (Cyanogen based ROMs) and then chose the boot animation that you wish and click next.
Now you will be able to chose a set of custom windows animations. It is fully compatible with this ROM so you can chose the one you like. You can preview them in the left after selecting. Click next when you finish
Here you upload the framework-res file that you extracted from the ROM archive. Click on first option of choose file and browse to the place you have framework-res.apk. Chose it and click next.
Now it will upload it to UOT server for processing.
You have to wait for the cooking to finish and you will be given a zip named UOT********.zip
Download that zip, put it on your sdcard and install it from recovery
You're done. You just customized the look of your phone by yourself. Good job, I bet it looks awesome

During installation there will be copied few files on your internal sdcard:
Titanium backup of themed launcher pro - be aware that this will rewrite an existing backup of Launcher Pro
Titanium backup of fancy widget
Sense dock and a blank icon in a folder called Sensation_content
After installation, go to TitaniumBackup and restore (App+Data) LauncherPro and FancyWidget
Hit then Home button and you will be presented with an option to chose your home screen.
com.sec.android.app.twlauncher is themed TouchWizLauncher
LauncherPro.. well, is the themed LauncherPro
Select Launcher Pro, long press the screen and add Fancy widget to your home screen. If the weather icons do not appear, make sure you have network location enabled. The widget needs to know the location for which the weather should be shown.

I guess what I should of asked is do I need to go back to stock Eclair 2.1 as per the general instructions for installing a ROM? Or can I just use clockwork recovery.

Not necessary. If you are running a 2.2.1 ROM currently, you dont have to.
I didnt go to stock for a month now and I flashed god knows how many times.

1) are you rooted?
2) clockworkmod is a Recovery...which is only available to those who are rooted
3) go find out(from someone else) what the word "flashing" means when it comes to android
4)flash "old scripting" first... if it fails then you need the regular file.
5)DONT FORGET TO BACKUP!!!!!
in any case if you dont know what something I said means, then GOOGLE IT.

How do I get the keyboard to work on my phone? I tried flashing it, but it sent me back to the stock CM7 settings and didnt have the keyboard anywhere

THE FULL DOWNLOAD WILL AUTOMATICALLY WIPE YOUR PHONE
This ensures a fresh install of ThunderStick will perform as expected and that there are no unusual problems between phones. Most roms only have problems because people are not wiping before flashing, so expect to loose your data (anything not stored to your SD CARD) if you are coming from a different rom or are flashing the full download.
ThunderStick Updates are not complete roms (just the MODS) and will not wipe any part of your phone and in most cases will not require a wipe.
ThunderStick Desktop Notifications and Downloader
The update notifier will run any Windows PC.
It is a simple program that retrieves data from the internet and allows you to check for updates and download them with out opening your web browser. It can run in your system tray as well and will Display pop up balloons when a new update becomes available. This is useful for users that are between ROMs, dont like using ROM manager or cant find previous versions on the net.
It will also allow you to view previous versions and download them and copy them directly to your devices SD card.

-[ROM MANAGER ISSUE] If you downloaded from RM and get a corrupted file error try downloading from the links in the OP. RM may still have issues.
-[THUNDERSTICK ROM][07-11-11] - Not sure the root cause of this but voice mail notifications are not always working.

Of course, thought it unnecessary to post that since most (if not all) the GB roms currently have that as a standard. Updated first post to reflect this though just too appease the crowd.

Hate to say this, but have got about 10 reboots so far. Barely get to the home screen. Haven't had an issue like this on BAMF or Gingeritis. Make that 11 reboots.

What does this rom offer over any other rom here? I see nothing different except for the theming. Why not put up a blue theme pack in the other forum?

Like anyone else, I'm learning something new and am just sharing my work. Currently the features are basically the same, but this will feature more things as I learn them. Theming is pretty simple so this is just a starting point.

I'd like to see brightness control in the drop down menu. Media volume and a silent toggle would also be nice. Oh and congrats.

It seems like its got promise. Keep working on it will be one of the better themed roms out. I did have a couple freeze ups on it. U mite want to change the kernel that u are useing.

What apps froze?
Honestly I've been using it all day,using GPS and taking a drive while listening to slacker and connected to bluetooth. The only problem I had was navigation voice was silent when a turn came up and listening to slacker.
Also had a FC on tapatalk not Rom related I don't think though.

Official word spoken now.
AtomicFusion will no longer be developed as i have thought long and hard about this, fact is that KH3 has be by far superior on everything.
And only having one device and no interest in running both roms back and forth I have
decided that the best thing to do is merge both projects into one.
Feeling like i need to get back to my roots here i will continue to Develop KH3
on the formerly known Nuclear thread ... and as part of the change the Rom Name is following suit...
From Now On It will Be referred To as "Fusion II"
Leaving me and you with only two bases (froyo KB1 Fusion) and (Gingerbread KH3 Fusion II)
I have spent long hours modding the incorrect frameworks and miss matching files...
Very frustrating to say the least, so the idea behind this merger is to make it easier for me to develop a quality rom that lives up to the TeamPhoenix standards and you the users standards.
I have cleaned my working folders and have pulled a fully functioning Factory.rfs from my device.
and before i start dishing out mods i need to make sure that every body is on the same page and has matching firmware on their device.
Trust me its been very hard on the KH3 build so far between Ruger and I, because what was working on my phone did not on his and visa-versa.
I admit it was my bad for working in a rush when we started and not taking the time to categorize the files properly. Sorry all.

Installation Steps:
Download Atomic Fusion 1.0 odin and current AtomicFusion zip
Backup your stuff, by whichever means you normally do.
Please factory reset and wipe/clear all you can before Odin flash. And see post #3 for known issues and the fix needed for now.
Install the proper drivers for your device and operating system.
Run "AtomicFusion 1.0 Odin" in order to get the proper bootloaders. If you already have the I897 GB bootloaders you can skip this step. If you paused to ask yourself, then YOU DO NEED TO START HERE
Place your phone in download mode and wait for odin to "com" your phone. You may have to wait for drivers to be installed. Once you see "com" in odin, press start.
Once odin has finished and your phone has completely rebooted, copy Atomic Fusion 1.5 to your INTERNAL sdcard
Reboot into recovery and select "Install zip from sdcard".
Select choose zip from sdcard
Scroll to the Atomic Fusion *currentversion* and select
Once the install has completed select "go back" then "reboot"
Wait a few minutes and proceed to slowly restore your apps. If you backed up your apps with TiBu, do not restore data, just the apk's

Q. After flash of 1.0 I got a triangular android and no buttons are working.

Can this be flashed from Stock Eclair(Stock Bootloaders)?
Or, it needs to have Captivate GB Bootloaders 1st?

Speaking of bootloaders, I notice in the ODIN pic that it flashed the sbl.bin but it doesn't show the boot.bin. Isn't that the secondary bootloader without the primary? I'm a bit noob-ish, so I have to ask. I get nervous if I don't see both, knowing bootloader mishaps are a surefire hardbrick.

In SensatioN ROM you will find a very stable and battery friendly ROM, but with awesome User Interface, featuring SensatioN 2.0 theme, developed specially for this ROM.
Because I wanted to solve once and for all the compatibility problems with different ROMs I decided to bring to life a new ROM along with SensatioN 2, so nobody will have problems applying using the theme.
The development has started on 1’st July and since then I made great efforts to bring SensatioN 2, SensatioN ROM for both Galaxy S and Galaxy S 2. I looked back for all the bugs remained unsolved in SensatioN theme and I tried to find a fix for each of them and mainly I succeeded doing that.
Designing the new theme was a challenge for me, as I had to take care of all the promises I made to the users regarding the visual parts they hated on SensatioN 1 and also I had to take care of my personal taste, as I hate to create something that I don’t like

Make sure you back up anything you want to keep.
Recommended procedure for flashing:
- The following steps are only for those who have GB bootloaders ( i9k bootloader is recommended )
1. Download the ROM
2. Put it on SD card
3. Boot your phone to recovery
4. Do a factory reset
5. Do a Cache wipe
6. Do a Dalvik-cache wipe
7. Now install a zip from SD card
8. Select the ROM zip and flash it
9. Reboot and enjoy
- The next steps are for those who are coming from Stock Froyo (or 2.1)
A) Use Odin 1click to return to Stock (JF6) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=731989
B) Flash Stock 2.2.3 i9000 GingerBread WITH BOOTLOADER :
Copy the file to your desktop and unzip it. Use any program you like (ex. 7zip). Inside you will find 6 files: Odin, CSC_NEE_JV3.tar.md5, 9b5f.s1_odin_20100512.pit, I9000_reoriented_vG.1.1_novoo.tar, PDA_XWJVB_Sbl.tar.md5, PHONE_XXJVK.tar.md5.
As you can see the files above are named for the slot they go in. Except for the i9000 file which is xcals Reoriented kernel. so now that you know the tools lets get started.
1. Remove sim card and micro sd and put the phone into download mode.
2. Open odin and plug your phone into your pc. Odin will light up letting you know it sees your phone.
3. Click on PIT it should open the same file Odin is in. Only one option will be available so choose that file. Now look to your left. You will see 3 dots lite up. One for repartition, Auto Reboot, F.Reset Time. They should all be selected. Got it so far? Now click on PDA and select the PDA file. Do the same for the PHONE and the CSC file. Should look like this http://d.pr/Ixt2
4. So you have the files placed in all 4 slots, and and you double checked to make sure they were in the right slots? If so click start. DO NOT TOUCH THE PHONE OR THE CONNECTION UNTIL IT'S DONE. Boot up and let things settle, you now have stock GB. Next you will need to flash the right kernel so auto rotate works correctly.
5. Go back to Odin. If you closed it reopen it. If you still had it open, next to each slot you will see a button, uncheck it to deactivate it. Do this for Phone and CSC. Now Click on PDA and insert the I9000 file. So there should be only 2 files Activated (PIT and PDA) If not make it so.
Remember those dots on the left? Make SURE repartition is not checked. Only Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time need to be lit up. This Is VERY important. IF Repartition IS checked at this point you WILL soft brick (clay) your phone, so Make sure it is unselected before you go any further. Ready? When you are power off your phone and put it in Download Mode ( volume down+power) click start on Odin and let it finish. Boot up and let things settle, you will now be on stock GB with auto rotating working.
C) And finally flash SensatioN rom. To make sure you are nice and set go do a Factory Reset, wipe Cache and Dalvik cache in Recovery. (key combos have changed see below on how to enter CWM)
Download the rom and copy it to your phone. Reboot into recovery and flash the rom and enjoy.

Known Bugs:
Upon boot the battery icon is missing. To get it back go into Settings/Lockscreen Menu/Statusbar Settings where you'll check and then uncheck the Hide Battery Icon. Wait couple of seconds (max 1 min) and if it doesn't pop up restart your phone.
Browser is laggy and sometimes force closes.Grab a alternative browser from the market (Dolphin,Firefox,...) 'till the update comes.

A bit confused. Is this room for the captivate? Asking because, AFAIK, the speedmod GB kernel is available for the I9000 only, right?

Yes you need GB bootloaders.

amazing, fast, stable, good battery life (dropped 15% in 5 hours, normally dropped about 30%) Great theme, and 4 tab lock screen. I am in love... thank you..
one dumb question, is there any way to change the icon on the 4 tab lock (currently a green circle with EDT in it, rather than a blue circle like the rest of the icons - would love to have a blue circle with a mail envelope ......)

I saw these icons today that look bad. In the next update I will provide new ones. Currently working on some fixes for the theme.

can this be flashed directly over serendipity vii? no wipe?

A quick note about your download links- the no wipe version file name is labeled as "wipe" even though it is the proper non-wipe file.
